We’ve enjoyed our stay at Laura’s place very much. Apartment is extremely clean and very well maintained. Every small detail is taken care of including list of emergency phone numbers, fire extinguisher and local card for the waste. Communication with host exceptional. We highly recommend!

Amazing apartment - stylish, astonishing views, great Aircon, loads of space. It’s situated on a beautiful square right slap bang in the middle of things - after spending 4 days here, we couldn’t wish for a better location. The building and square are very characterful yet quiet (except the amazing music floating up in the evenings). Great value - we had four nights for the cost of one night in a Florence 5-star, with loads more space. Things you might need to know: the huge windows have electric blinds, which either provide shade or blackout - nice! The two bathrooms are cute and functional but small. The kitchen also - well equipped but not much room to conjure up a gourmet meal. However the number of excellent restaurants within ten minutes walk is astonishing - just follow Edoardo’s recommendations.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

The room was clean, and the location was fantastic because of its proximity to the station (Montecatini Centre). The host also friendly and nice; he even listed some recommendations around the place. Thank you!

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

Wonderful stay - stunning swimming pool made for very happy children. Some shared areas but felt very private. Parking available. Local village Vallano is walkable however take care if attempting in the dark. Book ahead if using the restaurants.

We had a great stay at Natalia‘s place. It was spacious, very quiet overnight and comfortable. We really enjoyed the use of the pretty secluded garden. Natalia was a very responsive host and kindly reconfigured our bed arrangements on the day of our arrival 😀 It was nice to meet her and be given all instructions for everything The apartment is very well located, a short walk from Montecatini Centro station and very close to restaurants shops and bars. We enjoyed our time in Lucca and are very grateful to our host Vanessa who was so kind and helpful. She kept in contact in the lead up to our arrival and was willing to be available to answer any questions during our stay , responding quickly on the occasion we needed to ask a question. She was available to show us around this beautiful accommodation which is a huge benefit . She provided a list of local recommendations which we used and were always happy and impressed by her suggestions. The accommodation is in a perfect location within the walls of the old town but only 15 mins walk from the station.On one of the many old and beautiful cobbled streets. The accommodation itself was spotless and comfortable with a beautiful terrace and fully equipped. We will definitely return and would recommend to our family and friends.

Absolutely beautiful apartment right in the centre of Lucca. Lucia was a wonderful host, and provided excellent recommendations for wineries and shopping! The kitchen has everything you need. We like to cook a couple of meals in and the kitchen was beautifully equipped with very nice pots and pans etc. It was also fantastic that she had olive oil, salt and pepper and other spices. Super comfy bed and bedding. This has been our favourite Airbnb to stay in, we were so comfortable and felt right at home. Thank you Lucia for your fabulous hospitality!! We would definitely stay here again!

We had an unforgettable time here - the nature as well as the complex itself are beautiful, a bit rustic with a few renovations, about which Ana can tell a lot. You can spread out on the grounds, have enough privacy if desired and can watch the most beautiful sunsets. The pool between the olive trees is also fantastic. We were able to visit some cities such as Florence and Siena from here, and here Ana had great tips for suitable restaurants. We will be happy to come back!

Beautiful place to stay if you’re looking for something further out to enjoy a more scenic stay outside the city! Easy enough to get the bus into the city of Florence for the day also so best of both worlds! The decor and design of the place was beautiful also.

Carlo and Elena are the sweetest couple and their welcome was so warm and friendly, it made us feel right at home!! There are extra touches like a few things to eat and drink that make a big difference too in feeling home right away. They’re also very reactive and helpful if you need them! The place is beautiful, very thoughtfully decorated and we loved being close to Florence but not in it!! We recommend 100% to stay there after staying for an entire week!

What a great place! Would highly recommend. The apartment is really well equipped & has lots of extras (tea, coffee, wine, beer, snacks) It’s a short walk into the walled city of Lucca which is beautiful & has a wide range of bars & restaurants. It’s also next to the railway station so makes visiting Pisa & Florence really easy if you want to use the train. We had a hire car so the secure parking space was great.

Beautiful place in a great location. We enjoyed our stay. There are 6 flights of stairs to get to the place, which was not an issue for us but could be for mobility impaired, however, this was clearly stated in listing.

Luca’s apartment overlooking the piazza was absolutely perfect! There were reviews about it being loud but honestly we were so tired every night from enjoying the beauty of Florence that I didn’t even notice any noise. The location couldn’t have been any better & it was a perfect space for my husband and I. Thank you Luca!!

Loved the pool and garden! Host was very respinsive. If hot outside, make sure to learn public transportation or use taxi. If nice out, it would be a beautiful walk into the city for meals/activities.

We had a wonderful stay. The patio and hot tub were amazing. Walk to everything. No need for a car. Lots of restaurants and attractions close by. Grocery store around the corner. Outdoor hot tub was lovely after a day of steps.

Superb spot close to river. Bed is confortable. Yes, stairs could be a challenge for some only it is clearly stated. At the end of the day, it’s alright!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Very beautiful apartment, nicely furnished with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling off after day trips. It was lovely to stay there. Bakery, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old town of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and in front of the door also possible at a cost.

We loved staying here and had the most fantastic time. They were super helpful and responsive to everything and we can’t wait to go back.
