In Aveiro, known for its navigable canals (Venice of Portugal), with typical boats, the "moliceiros." 5 minutes from Aveiro, the beaches of Costa Nova and Barra, white sand beaches.

Penacova, the county seat, is 10 minutes away. You can visit the pergola and Penedo de Castro, with unique views over the Mondego River, and it also offers several walking trails. Novelães is a very quiet village just 5 km from the foot of Serra da Estrela between Gouveia and Seia. The house has a large space with 3 bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests can enjoy silence and peace, walk through the woods and visit the surrounding natural attractions.

Panoramic View and Jacuzzi Palheiro is located in the village of Sobral Fernando and is a house dating back to 1936, all of which is built in schist stone. Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.

Sunflower Treehouse

Our treehouse was built over a 400 year old oak tree, standing on a rock bed under all property. Built as a hobby, and originally intended as a playground for children, it gathered the attention and amusement of our friends, family and other guests we had at our property, so we decided to share this place with others.
