The perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and seclusion: Casa Do Vale, or "House Of The Valley" is a luxury 1 bedroom home in the heart of Central Portugal. Located at an altitude of 470m, the house boasts stunning views of up to 50 miles on a clear day. Recently restored to a high standard, the guesthouse comes complete with a private wood-burning hot tub (October-May) that can be a plunge pool in summer and a larger shared swimming pool that can be private upon request.

This property consists of 2 independent bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a combination kitchen and living room. The rooms have no connection to the interior of the house. Quinta das Sesmarias is located on the urban outskirts of Vila de Alcains, a 3.5-hectare property that maintains the rural characteristics of the early 20th century. The first construction dates back to 1928 and was recovered in 2002 in the form of a villa. Visitors' rest and well-being are ensured by a peaceful environment in contact with nature.

Recently restored, it offers a modern, welcoming environment while preserving the traces of times past. It has a Jacuzzi with water that can be heated on the panoramic balcony.
