Vacation rentals with a patio in Castelnuovo del Garda

We had some trouble finding the entrance to the residential complex at first, Google Maps is a bit confusing (the black gate with the number 9 is the entrance, enter the code there). But from then on, everything worked with the instructions we got in advance, the door lock is controlled with an app. The apartment is really super nicely furnished with a lot of attention to detail, an absolute boho dream, as in the photos. Everything was super clean, the bed comfortable, it was quiet and there is parking right in front of the house. It is a stone's throw to Bardolino and Lazise, but about 5 minutes walk away there is also a restaurant with great terrace, the Tavernetta Corte Torcolo, the food was mega! We would book the place again anytime!

This property was ideal. The location is amazing, walkable to the old town in 5 minutes. It is secure and clean. Exactly as described. Veronica and her husband were so responsive and helpful. The space was great for my family, there was even toys for my 3 year old to play with. The window shutters were amazing total black out. Pool was quiet and easily accessible. Would definitely book again.

Beautiful house surrounded by a fantastic landscape outside the chaos of the cities. A place to relax. Michele and his mom are really nice and welcoming people, always ready for every need.

It was a quiet and peaceful stay. All the information given was correct. Mr. Federico was very helpful and responded to all our messages quickly. We had no problems with check-in and check-out. The kitchen had all the necessary equipment. All the electronic devices worked without any problems. I recommend it to friends who want to vacation in this area.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious accommodation! Located perfectly among the vineyards, it offered a peaceful and serene atmosphere. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming, making our experience even better. We traveled with our 7-month-old daughter and can highly recommend this place to families!

This apartment is even more beautiful than the photos shows, it's very modern and extremely well maintained, we enjoyed every minute of our stay here!

This has been our favourite airbnb stay ever! The room was so amazing and modern with everything we could possibly need. From the lights that change, round bed, bathroom set up and hidden cupboards we were so amazed at everything this accommodation had to offer. The gardens were so private and relaxing and although we did not get the weather to enjoy it fully we loved sitting out when the rain stopped. Pia is an amazing host with great communication and we strongly recommend this stay. Desenzano is a beautiful quiet town with good access to the ferry for adventures and the train for trips to Verona and Milan. We could ask for nothing more from this amazing accommodation and destination!!!

Small mobile home very clean ,I would even say impeccable👍. There were 5 of us, but that was enough for us for 3 days . 5 minutes' walk from Gardaland the best . Parking with a code gate to park the car. The only problem was a construction site just behind the mobile home so quite noisy . But since we and we are not during the day it had no influence . The gentleman of the reception very welcoming and friendly,offered us a bottle of wine . Provide the change to pay the tourist tax because it does not take the CBs . It was a lovely place to stay, so close to the Lake with a choice of 4 different places to eat very close by. The house was perfect for 5 of us, a bathroom for each couple. Very well equipped kitchen, nice modern feel to the house. Rachele always responded to any questions very quickly and did everything to accommodate us. I would definitely recommend this house.

Simply fantastic – best Airbnb accommodation ever! 🌞 The place was really a hit! The view was like in a picture book – you couldn't get enough of it. Morning coffee with lake and city views. Yes, please! ☕ The apartment itself was super equipped, everything sparkling clean and totally cozy. We lacked nothing – from the kitchen to the terrace, everything was perfectly thought out. The absolute highlight for our kids (and frankly for us too): the mega pool! 🏊‍♂️ The 3 spent almost the whole day there – we almost had to fish them out in the evening 😄 In short: We felt completely comfortable. If you book here, you're doing everything right. We will definitely be back – absolute recommendation!

Sergio’s house was great, spacious, cool, well equipped,peaceful and yet only 10 to 15 minutes to Lake Garda at Lazise. We were a group of six, four adults and two young children and the house worked perfectly for us. The house was cool and spacious, the garden area was lovely offering shade or sun and best of all Sergio and his family were so welcoming and friendly and so very tolerant of our excited and noisy girls aged 6and 3. We bought cherries at the local farm, cheap, delicious and only a short walk away. We ate out in Busselengo, the steakhouse was great, better than in the tourist resorts and only a few minutes away, nice cafes on the square in Busselengo and much less touristy vibe. Sergio’s is one of the best stays we have had in Italy and we would certainly stay there again when we visit lake Garda.

Fantastic stay, location just as it looks online, clean, spacious and comfortable. Groceries nearby, cycling routes and buses. Beautiful view, definitely would recommend this place!

The little house in Lina's garden is delightful. Doors open out to beautiful greenery. Lina is a friendly, generous and gracious host. Located a lovely 20minute walk along the river to the Centro Storico, it's a really calm and relaxing place to stay. A real joy. Thank you, Lina.

Very nice and impeccable place. Quiet neighborhood. Close to Verona by car. Very responsive and available host. Don't hesitate to take a trip to Verona and the many nearby vineyards.

We could not have expected a better welcome than how Luigi and Joanna welcomed us to their apartment. We immediately felt at ease, also appreciating the good bottle of white wine that was offered to us. They were really very helpful with any request. The barbecue on the occasion of a family party was also very welcome. The apartment is surrounded by green meadows, olive trees, and flowers, and is very well cared for in every detail. In short, you feel at home and almost regret leaving... we felt free without restrictions, and appreciated it whenever Luigi and Joanna talked to us, we also appreciated the knowledge of their son Davide, who is sixteen years old, very open, polite and nice, I recommend anyone who wants to spend a vacation in a quiet place and still close to many beautiful places, it is definitely ideal, and on occasion we will return to this beautiful apartment where a beautiful friendship has also been created, thanks Luigi and Joanna.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment Casa Francesca! The location is perfect – the center and the lake are easily accessible on foot. A big plus was also the existing parking space, which made the arrival very uncomplicated. The apartment was clean, well maintained and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. Great location, especially if plan to walk around the city. If parking a car, the garage is about a 5 min walk away and directions were confusing at first - took 30 mins to find based on address provided (hint: would route gps to restaurant across the street) However, Denis waited and showed us exact location. Provided extensive in-person tour of place when checking in and location recommendations. Great bakery near by - highly recommend stopping in. Courtyard was lovely, great for our son to run around and also to have a glass of wine/morning coffee, but there were a lot of mosquitoes. All essentials were provided.

Marisa is a wonderfully attentive host who maintains contact on her own initiative and offers her advice and support in all matters, in the best German, by the way. The apartment is very harmonious and cozy, the kitchen is well equipped and the air conditioning, set to quiet, is very pleasant. We liked to use the outdoor seating in the quiet alley and also the bars, shops, bakeries and the ice cream shop in the immediate vicinity. Those who "come home" from the hustle and bustle of Lake Garda meet familiar faces and soon feel like part of the village. Thank you, Marisa, for the wonderful holiday week with you.

A conveniently located location (only a 10 minute walk to Piazza bra). The apartment is exactly as described and the balcony is excellent. Great value for money - would recommend to other travelers.

Roberto is a great host and the property is excellent for short or longer stays. It is perfectly located out of the way to be quiet but just a short walk to the lake. The grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to visit when the pools were opened and has a great atmosphere.
