5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

This was our second stay at Catherine’s and first with our 9 month old. The apartment is everything we needed for our stay and Catherine is a wonderful host. The location is a private estate overlooking the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The nearby town, Castelnuovo Berardenga, is lovely, walkable, and has some amazing restaurants. We hope to be back again next year.

Beautiful house, a short walk from the Piazzale Michelangelo for a stunning viewpoint. Francesca is an amazing host, very friendly and dedicated to making our stay enjoyable. The house was clean and well stocked with essentials, and the air conditioning worked very well. She gave us lots of recommendations and information on the area too. The area itself is incredibly peaceful and you can enjoy a quiet evening in the beautiful garden. We would come back again!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The Tuscan scenery and views at La Casaccia Guelfi are absolutely stunning. Such a perfect location and a beautiful place to stay with an amazing pool. Laura was especially helpful in recommending places to visit, activities and restaurants. She helped us with planning our visit to Florence, and also gave us a hand with an issue we had encountered regarding the autostrada tolls, I couldn’t have figured it out without her help. This is an absolute gem of a place to stay! We hope to come back again soon x

Wow- a beautiful location, villa and host. Magical stay as our last part of holiday in Italy. Absolutely recommend. 3km to Poggibonsi for groceries/wine refills. Proximity to other Tuscan towns to visit is super close and easy driving.

We stayed at La Terrazza sul Chianti and were really satisfied. The place is immersed in total quiet, perfect for unplugging and enjoying the beauty of the Tuscan countryside without the slightest background noise. The owners were extremely kind and helpful. One of the highlights is definitely the terrace: in the evening, when the air gets cooler, it is the ideal place to relax, read, or simply admire the view. There is also a shared barbecue area, very convenient for an outdoor dinner. One detail that we really appreciated is the possibility of observing the stars: there is in fact a corner of the property from which you can enjoy a clear and breathtaking sky, especially on clear nights. In addition, the location is really strategic: from here you can easily reach some of the most beautiful Tuscan cities such as Siena, Florence and Arezzo, but also the beautiful Val D'Orcia. We stayed at Aleksandra's in Montalcino in the heart of Brunello, a breathtakingly beautiful area, for a week. The large property is fantastic and with the tranquility and the view just the right thing to relax and unwind. An unforgettable experience for the whole family. This is how you imagine a Tuscan holiday. We highly recommend the place.

The apartment is located in an enchanting place! The scenery is breathtaking. The kitchen is well equipped, we cooked good food. The sunsets are beautiful and the pool is very convenient for cooling off after a day of sightseeing. A special thank you to Deb, the neighbor who welcomed and guided us throughout our stay. Thanks to her recommendations, we discovered a vineyard: Ciarliana, where Sara gave us a tasting that exceeded our expectations. We're totally in love with Tuscany!

Just WOW! We had a great stay and had nothing to complain about! Sure, the location is a bit far from the nearest village, but that's exactly what you book! Peace, nature, seclusion - come down. Whether in the evening in the sauna, in the pool or simply a short walk through the fields at a breathtaking sunset. The apartment is also modern in a country house style and offers everything you need. Sara is a super nice and accommodating host! I highly recommend staying at their place! This is Tuscany!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom unit. It was spacious with breathtaking views. A large patio to sit on that overlooked rolling hillside. Our host was great with providing recommendations and responded quickly. For my husband and I we would not choose this location again only because it’s 3 miles in and out on a dirt road and 20 mins to the nearest town with restaurant. But that’s a personal preference. The village and views are really beautiful so if you don’t mind the dirt road and drive then it’s the perfect place.

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

We really enjoyed his place. Here are the pros and cons. Cons A/c was hard to figure out. I was not aware there were 3 units to have to turn on and set. Bar noise on night one until 2:00 am. What you get in busy area. Parking is really a long way away and uphill and you have to pay for it. Not a park and get out place. Be prepared to walk. Pros Location is fantastic. Very close to restaurants and sites. Private location. View was much better than expected. Very nice place. Decorated great. Very large. Easily enough room for 5 or 6.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

Such an amazing location overlooking the beautiful Tuscany countryside. Only a short drive to Siena and within an hour of many other Tuscany towns. The villa was extremely well appointed with a welcome pack along with coffee pods which were available for refill during our week stay. Would highly recommend staying here.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. This estate is a dream—life changing in all the best ways. From the jasmine-scented gardens and sweeping views of Siena to the beautifully restored guest suites—personally designed by Andrea, an architect and true artist—every detail felt magical. He greeted us so warmly, spent generous time sharing the estate’s history, and even gifted us a bottle of his family’s wine—which was absolutely lovely and made us feel truly welcome. The plunge pool was a refreshing retreat, and the setting was pure tranquility: birdsong, rustling leaves, and golden Tuscan sunsets. Andrea gave us a wonderful tour and shared the story behind his family’s efforts to preserve this incredible place. We adored the gentle Maremma dogs, Fiora and her puppy, Pecorino, who made us feel right at home. We were so impressed with this stay and Andrea’s efforts to preserve this very special place. Every moment here felt like a scene from a film—elegant, peaceful, and filled with soul. We can’t wait to return.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!
