The Terrace On The Nera River

SoniaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Communication, kindness, and professionalism from this Host. As for the house: The kitchen was not only equipped with all the utensils (pots, plates, glasses, cups and mugs) but we also found what we needed to cook without having to go out. Pasta, oil, salt, sugar, coffee, herbs, sauce... There was everything! And that's not a foregone conclusion! Delightful terrace with a beautiful view of the mountain and the Nera. There are also many books for those who stay longer and like to spend some time relaxing by reading. The area is also very strategic for the many activities it offers, and the small villages to visit are beautiful, as well as the most renowned centers. We'll be back! Thank you for everything

Apartment in Valle San Martino di Spoleto

GiuseppeRating, 5 stars2 months ago
Valle San Martino di Spoleto is a delightful place, very small but its stones and roofs exude history and ancient scents. Beautiful, it looks like a nativity scene, ideal also for its silence. The apartment is just as pictured, very clean and easy to reach. There are stairs, the only small obstacle for anyone who may have difficulty walking, otherwise it is perfect for experiencing that area of Umbria. I'll definitely be back

Villa with pool

MarcelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Great location on the slope, nice pool. Kitchen well equipped. Important for the journey: connection by public transport rather poor but no obstacle - you just have to know if you travel by train to Terni. You can also rent city bikes at the train station - just have to accept the mountain stage :D

Gilda's home

AnteaRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Roberta's lovely annex met our expectations and made our stay more than comfortable. Roberta welcomed us two hours earlier than expected and, as if we were family, she had a delicious apple cake and a bottle of sparkling wine for my partner's birthday, which I had informed her of at the time of booking. As if that weren't enough, the fridge was full of yogurt of all kinds, milk, and fruit juice. In the kitchen there were multiple varieties of tea, coffee both in powder and in pods, biscuits and croissants, toast, various types of jams. Roberta was nice, kind, helpful, and affable, and her B&B fully reflects her. Very comfortable bed, very fragrant towels, shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer of a decent power. In short, the perfect place to stay to comfortably visit Spoleto and its surroundings, but above all to enjoy healthy relaxation in an estate surrounded by nature.
An outdoor terrace features a wooden table supported by stone pillars, surrounded by greenery. Two long benches are positioned along the table. Various potted plants add vibrant touches to the natural landscape, creating a serene environment for dining or relaxation.

Small house with a terrace for couples

NiccolòRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Highly recommended apartment! We were greeted by Sabrina, who made sure we had everything we needed. He showed us the beauty of the place and gave us tips on restaurants nearby. Great location to get to the Marmore Falls. The village is very quiet and offers views of a beautiful landscape.
The kitchen area features wooden cabinetry with a natural finish, complemented by a dark countertop. A gas stove is positioned under a metal hood, while various kitchen utensils and a small basket are organized on a wall-mounted rack. A sink is integrated into the setup, enhancing functionality.

The cottage

There weren’t many places to stay in the area and we found this little gem. I love having a kitchen when I travel since it saves money. Great little apartment. Had everything. Great stay. Comfortable. Make sure to follow Laura’s instructions since Google doesn’t lead you to the right place.
