Dans le Palazzo Muazzo, dans un Palais 17ème, un appartement entièrement refait à neuf, de 120m2 : 3 chambres, 2 salles de bains, un bureau, 6 m sous plafond par endroit et des poutres, au 5ème étage, avec ascenseur (rare à Venise!!!). Vue d'un côté sur l'église San Giovanni Di Paolo, de l'autre sur un Rio plein sud.
