You need to recharge your batteries in an idyllic setting, quiet, in an authentic Corsican mountain. Hiking trails, ideal roads for cyclists and motorcyclists, Beaches an hour away, natural pools in Asco and Restonica. There is a supermarket in Ponte Leccia 20 minutes away with a tobacco shop, gas station, doctor, restaurants, bakeries. A butcher comes by every Tuesday morning around 10:30 a.m. Bread delivery service Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday around 8:15 am.

Between the sea and the mountains, at the crossroads of the tourist roads, we offer a 32 m2 studio, ideally located 5 minutes from the main road serving the north of the island, the south as well as the Balagne. This very bright accommodation is located in Ponte Novu, 5 minutes from the train station serving Bastia, Ajaccio, Corte, Calvi. It has a large 180 x 200 bed, an equipped kitchenette, a bathroom, a terrace area, and a secure parking space.

Beautiful master suite, very atypical, 40 m2 with private terrace. It consists of a 140 bed and a 140 sofa bed for max. four people, walk-in shower, inside fridge, microwave, traditional coffee machine and Nespresso, kettle. Outside the suite you have a small kitchen with a very nice terrace in summer with hotplates, dishes and sink. On the other hand, on bad weather days and out of season it will be difficult to access the kitchen.

Access to our Albitru tree house is a small hiking trail that winds through the heart of our estate. You enter our tree house via a footbridge, the unique living space is available to you. The view of the Ampugnani valley to the sea is amazing. You then climb onto the roof terrace, you are weightless... Breakfast is served at the time of your choice and "U Rifugiu" our Table d'Hôtes welcomes you for dinner.

VILLA BENOA with heated pool

The BENOA villa is composed of 3 beautiful 13 m² bedrooms, one including shower room, toilet and private dressing room, the other two bedrooms will have a shared shower room with toilet. The equipped kitchen opens onto the living room of about 60 m2 with living room, dining room. Outside, you will find a beautiful 70 m² terrace with 2 garden lounges, a gas plancha and 4 deckchairs. The pool is 8 m x 4 m.

Small house in the mountains.

An 80 m2 house on the edge of a stream in a small village between sea and mountain (570 m altitude). Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Faces south/east. This house is also advertised with a version for eight people with an additional annex (two bedrooms and a shower room) under the title "charming mountain house". Whatever version you choose, you're the only tenants.
