un soggiorno breve ma molto piacevole la casa su trova al centro del paese...la casa molto carina non mancava nulla ... un dettaglio non da poco il giardino curato con tanto verde il che non guasta..a due passi da casa un grande parco anch'essi molto curato..penso poi si arrivi all'abbazia di Monteveglio..la prossima volta andremmo ,.. grazie Alberto per l'ospitalità...

I had a lovely stay here. The neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful, which made it the perfect place to relax after a long day. The house has a warm, homey feel — I felt comfortable from the moment I arrived. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to answer any questions and make sure I had everything I needed. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cosy and calm stay!

Abbiamo alloggiato due notti in questo accogliente appartamento per andare al concerto a Reggio Emilia e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Il signor Dante gentilissimo è disponibile ci ha dato anche la possibilità di fare il check-out più tardi per consentirci di riposare. L'appartamento è fornito di tutto, pulito e accogliente in una zona molto bella e tranquilla. Esperienza super positiva.

Elisabetta è stata super gentile e davvero un’ottima host! Si è sempre assicurata che fosse tutto a posto e rispondeva subito se avevo qualche domanda. La stanza è molto carina, ben sistemata e anche se non è grandissima, c’è davvero tutto quello che serve – non manca niente! C’è anche l’aria condizionata, perfetta adesso che fa caldo in estate. È l’ideale se si viaggia da soli: ci si sente al sicuro e a proprio agio. L’appartamento si trova in una zona centralissima, comodissima per esplorare la città. Nei dintorni ci sono tanti ristoranti e bar molto belli, e il Duomo è a soli 2 minuti a piedi. Mi sono sentita davvero a mio agio e tornerei subito! Grazie Elisabetta!

This is a very good solution if you need a small place in Modena. It is located in the hearth of the city, and you are at walking distance from many popular tourist destinations. Most of the windows face a tiny courtyard, so it is very quiet, but there is not much natural light. The apartment was perfectly clean, and the host was very responsive. Leaving the luggage after check-out time would cost $10 per hour.

Our stay at the apartment was great. Our host had everything prepared for us including breakfast, snacks and juice for the kid. They were super polite and reacted right away to everything we asked. Everything was super clean and stuffed with everything you could imagine. The apartment is in great location - super close to the city center and 150m away from a nice area with many restaurants, bara and coffees. Close to the University, the neighborhood is full of young people. I would totally recommend the place and if we come back to Bologna, will surely book it again if free!

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in dem wunderschönen Apartment von Alfredo und würden dieses bei einem Besuch in Bologna sofort und jederzeit wieder buchen. Die Wohnung war in einem Top Zustand, alles wirkte neu und war auch mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, so dass wir uns direkt zu Hause gefühlt haben. Es gab sogar Wasser und Snacks im Kühlschrank, was wirklich eine total freundliche Aufmerksamkeit war. Wir waren auch von der Lage begeistert, da wir zu Fuß super in den Kern von Bologna gekommen sind und im Radius von 15-30 Gehminuten richtig tolle Restaurans, Cafés und Eisdielen lagen. Die Kommunikation hat ebenfalls perfekt geklappt. Wir hoffen, eines Tages nach Bologna zurückzukommen und dann hier wieder zu übernachten :)

Magnífico apartamento, la ubicación es tranquila pero cerca de todo lo que necesitas, a cinco minutos andando de la catedral y a menos de 10 minutos del aparcamiento gratuito, cuidado en todos los detalles, muy limpio y equipado con todos los servicios para una óptima estancia y perfectamente aislado del ruido, el propietario tuvo la amabilidad de dejar suministros (lavavajillas, detergente, papel higiénico, etc.) para toda la estancia, he estado un mes y volvería sin lugar a dudas, gracias Gianluca

Place was beautiful and well kept. So charismatic and charming. Anna Lisa made us a welcome cake and even offered us rides to the nearest bus station several times! She definitely went above and beyond! Must have a solid plan for transportation! It’s beautiful but not quick to get to from Bologna.

Alessandra's place was perfect for our week in Bologna on a language immersion tour. The apartment was complete with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay (air conditioning was very appreciated since it was so hot in Bologna). Alessandra and co-host Mattia were super responsive whenever we needed something and the building and surroundings were very cute and quiet. Enjoyed our stay, we would not hesitate to book this apartment again!

This was my second time staying here - both times for two weeks. It was just as lovely as I remembered! So comfortable and roomy and has everything I needed! Bed is wonderful and the patio is truly special. Thank you Paola for another amazing visit!

The location is ideal for exploring Bologna. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The aircon was very efficient. The outside terraces were pleasant to sit in.

We had a wonderful stay at Matteo’s place, really beautiful apartment, super sweet balcony. The perfect location, city center in walkable distance and beautiful neighborhood. We had a lovely 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment while my husband participated in a nearby tournament. The apartment is modern, clean, and beautifully decorated, exactly as pictured. The neighborhood is peaceful and still conveniently close to the city center. The host was very responsive and provided clear instructions throughout our stay. Everything went smoothly, and we truly enjoyed our time in Bologna. Highly recommend!

This airbnb is at a great location from which you can reach everywhere in the city by walking. Host is very warm hearted and always responded quickly. Kitchen and bathroom offer all the basic things you need. Apartment is on the ground floor. Air conditioning works well too. I really enjoyed my stay!

Wir würden gerne mehr Sterne geben, da der Aufenthalt mehr als perfekt war. Unglaublich sauber und Liebe zum Detail. Die Familie ist super freundlich und hatten uns auch eine kleine Führung durch den Bauernhof gegeben. Die Gastfreundschaft ist toll. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Das Spa ist wirklich sauber und entspannend. Wir hoffen, dass wir es zeitlich nochmal einrichten können die Unterkunft und die Familie wiederzusehen. Vielen Dank für die Milchprodukte bei der Ankuft! Durch den Tipp der Gastgeber haben wir Abends im „Ristorante Pizzeria al Caminetto“ bei Massimo gegessen. Authentisch und unfassbar lecker . Klare Empfehlung!

Bell'appartamento, a poca distanza da Parma, in un area di campagna molto tranquilla con parcheggio privato. L'alloggio offre tutte le comodità e necessità per un confortevole soggiorno. L'host è gentile e disponibile. Raccomandato sicuramente!
