Der Aufenthalt in der Ferienwohnung war ein Traum. Francesca ist eine unglaublich freundliche Gastgeberin, empfing uns herzlich mit einem Getränk auf der malerischen Terrasse und gab uns direkt ein paar Tipps, was man unternehmen könnte. Die Wohnung ist toll und ruhig gelegen, aber mit dem Auto erreicht man Supermärkte und Must-Sees in der Toskana problemlos. Sollten wir einmal wieder in die Toskana reisen, kommen wir auf jeden Fall auf Francesca und ihre schöne Wohnung zurück. Danke für alles :)

Giovanni and llenia were the best hosts I've come across. From their immaculate apartment to cleanliness and stocked fridge was unmatched. Thank you for providing a home away from our home! We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Abbiamo apprezzato molto la cordialità di Stefania e la sua gentilezza, e poi è stata sempre disponibile a rispondere alle nostre necessità. Ci siamo sentiti a nostro agio durante il soggiorno nel suo appartamento confortevole, pulito e ordinato, con tutto il necessario. Particolari da notare: letto comodo, frigorifero grande, riscaldamento funzionante alla perfezione. Molto gradito il regalino di Stefania. Consigliatissimo!!! e non vediamo l'ora di tornare in estate.

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

We hebben enorm genoten! Het was een prachtige locatie en de ligging is erg centraal om naar de grote bekende steden te gaan. Het uitzicht was adembenemend! Je kan heerlijk buiten zitten. Het huisje is wat autentieker, maar dat geeft ook weer karakter.

Merci à Giulia pour son réactivité, les produits locaux laissés à notre intention et son logement très propre avec une très belle vue. Il est très bien situé pour visiter les principales villes toscanes.

Alles war wie beschrieben. Die Unterkunft war praktisch und sehr sauber. Gut war der überdachte Parkplatz. Für Unternehmungen braucht man ein Auto, erreocht mit diesem aber gut alle Ziele in der Chianti-Region

Ci siamo sentiti veramente a casa. Caterina è sempre stata presente e ci ha dato indicazioni precise e con talmente tanta cura che pensiamo veramente sia uno dei migliori host incontrati fino a questo momento. La casa è deliziosa, arredata con gusto e con tutto ciò che occorre dal dormire al mangiare. Infine la doccia è veramente bella: ampia e comoda, ci si sente in un resort più che in una casa. I dintorni sono pieni di vita e si è appena fuori dalla folla che inizia a 5 minuti a piedi da casa. Per riposarsi è veramente ciò che ci vuole. Consigliato veramente tanto!

This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

Marco ist ein super freundlicher und herzlicher Gastgeber, der viele Sprache (u.a. Deutsch) spricht. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war super. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis der Unterkunft ist hervorragend. Die Einrichtung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (zum Beispiel das Bett), aber es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt und der Ausblick ist traumhaft. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist perfekt, wenn man in der Toskana viele Ausflüge machen möchte. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen!

Eine tolle Wohnung an einem ganz besonderen Ort! Wir haben die Ruhe und den wunderschönen Garten sehr genossen. Jacobo war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit, hat uns mit allem versorgt was wir brauchten und tolle Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die Wohnung ist ausgesprochen komfortabel, das Bett super und es ist alles da, was man braucht. Wir waren viel auf der schönen Terasse und haben den Blick in den Garten und das Zwitschern der Vögel genossen. Es gibt eine coole Hängematte zum Entspannen im Garten. Die Lage ist gut um Pisa, Lucca und Florenz zu erreichen. Außerdem gibt es sehr nette kleinere Orte in der Umgebung. Alles in allem hatten wir eine wunderschöne Zeit.

Wir können diese Unterkunft mit guten Gewissen empfehlen! Wir haben leider nur 3 Nächte in San Gimignano verbracht aber man fühlt sich direkt sehr herzlich empfangen. Die Wohnungen haben alles was man braucht. Es gibt einen Pool mit liegen, von dem man sich wunderbar den Sonnenuntergang anschauen kann. Der Wein schmeckt gut und die Katzen auf dem Hof sind zutraulich. Es war eine tolle Zeit auf dem Hof und wir werden gerne irgendwann wieder kommen! 😊

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, wunderschöne Anlage mit grossem Garten/Pool und super Lage für Unternehmungen in der näheren Umgebung mit dem Auto (u.a. San Gimignano, Florenz, Siena) sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Restaurants in der Umgebung (z.B. in San Gimignano). Das Appartement ist gut eingerichtet und mit dem Nötigsten für einige Tage Aufenthalt ausgestattet (auch Küche, Bad). Wir können die Unterkunft ohne Weiteres empfehlen. Einziger Punkt: hat man das Appartement im Haus des Gastgebers gebucht, muss man die Ringhörigkeit des Hauses (auch mitten in der Nacht) akzeptieren können.

Wunderschönes Appartement direkt in San Miniato. Von dort kann man zu Fuß zu Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Appartment ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt ausgestattet.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

We had a wonderful stay at Emily's place, it is so sweet and has everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The hot tub is an amazing addition and the terrace is huge and great for having a drink before heading into town. It's a very short walk away from the city walls and is in a perfect location just 10 minutes from all the restaurants and bars. This is a gem!

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.
