Comfortable, beautiful touches, authentic, we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Kate’s place. Everything we needed was there and more. A much appreciated bottle in the fridge, fuel for the Barbie, you name it. We had a great time.

Cottage surrounded by nature

AlanRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.
A view of the Borgo San Valentino is framed by lush green foliage and colorful flowers, highlighting the swimming pool in the foreground. The ancient buildings of the village rise above, set against the backdrop of the hillside.

A spacious square is surrounded by historic buildings, including a prominent church with an intricately designed facade. Numerous tables and chairs are arranged in the foreground, inviting visitors to sit and enjoy the view. The scene is bathed in natural light under a clear blue sky.

La Rocchetta in Umbria, green heart of Italy

I wish we could have stayed longer in Emanuela’s place - two nights wasn’t enough. It’s in a lovely quiet part of a lovely quiet town. Directions to get there were fantastic. The apartment was absolutely spotless. I was so amazed to arrive and find so much food - some pasta, milk, heaps of stuff in the fridge, some beers. It was like a welcome home present from a long lost friend. The views from the apartment are STUNNING - you can see right across the valley to the next town. The wifi is good, beds are comfy. Emanuela’s communication is perfect and she seemed genuinely interested in us and our story - but not overbearing at all (it’s self checkin so our comms were via WhatsApp). Will definitely be back!!

Amazing place overlooking the lake

Wow wow wow! What a beautiful place to stay! We stayed in Letizia’s apartment for a few days and I couldn’t recommend this place enough. Coming from busy Rome, this was the perfect place to slow down and unwind. The village and scenery, were stunning, just so so beautiful. Our favourite part of the day was sitting on the balcony and having breakfast with most amazing view. There’s a small beach with a pontoon a small walk away, great for swimming. Cute cafe/restaurant around the corner, great for coffee or a casual lunch/dinner. We rented a car for our time here (an absolute must in my opinion). The village has a small shop but you would need to travel to a supermarket to eat properly. Absolutely recommend this place, Letizia was also very helpful and accommodating.
A sleek black armchair with matching ottoman is positioned beside a small table featuring a decorative plant. Natural light filters through a nearby window, enhancing the minimalist decor of the space. A tall, modern fan stands nearby, contributing to comfort.

The Waterfalls House - Affitti Brevi Italia

Impressively cleaned! Exactly as it appears in the photos, the place is spacious and very well divided. Gently the owner offers a welcome water and wine bottle. From first aid products, cleaning, bathing, to a cozy fireplace where we spend hours of pure relaxation in a perfect place, quiet for those seeking harmony with nature. And speaking of nature, the little borgo Arrone is surrounded by a stunning nature and super friendly people. There is an infinite range of olive trees where the best olive oil in the region is extracted and for our greatest joy the diamond of the soil… Tartufo! Mrs. Annalisa received us for delivery of the keys with a contagious sympathy. We will certainly be back.
