Granatelli Holiday Home is an apartment with two air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, stovetop, coffee maker, refrigerator, kettle, and dishes), and a bathroom with a large shower. Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

A mini loft of about 38 meters located on the 1st floor with the colors of nature. In an open space, there is a well-organized kitchen with a microwave oven and a peninsula, a double bed with a wardrobe, and two armchairs with a TV (satellite antenna).
