From a position overlooking the sea, reachable by private access and railway underpass, with a reserved lido spot, you can enjoy a view that sweeps from the Gulf of Venus to the Lighthouse of Punta Penna. The property is located in Casalbordino, on the Trabocchi Coast, between Fossacesia and Vasto, a few km from the Punta Aderci Nature Reserve, which can also be reached by footpaths.

This antique, tiny, cozy and calm little house, belonged - indeed - to zia Maddalena, has been totally renewed and it's located at around one-hundred meters form the historic center of the wonderful village of Civitanova del Sannio. It is composed by a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom with a double-bed and a day-bed, a smaller bedroom with a one-place bed and a bathroom with a shower. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
