Grande casa di 300 mq nel verde della tranquilla campagna di Budrio, a 25 min dal centro di Bologna e a 15 minuti dalla fiera. La casa può ospitare fino a 6 adulti e sarà a vostro uso esclusivo con il grande giardino recintato. Al piano terra, grande cucina e ampio salone oltre a lavanderia ed un bagno. Al primo piano, 3 camere da letto doppie e due bagni con doccia. Giardino attrezzato con pergola, tavoli e sedie, amache e BBQ Supermercato e trasporto pubblico a meno di 10 min in auto.

Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Distante circa 9 km da Prato e 20 da Firenze. Il Cottage, liberi su tre lati, e' situato in posizione panoramica circondato da un parco privato, ideale per camminate e sport. Una vera e propria casa, con cucina, salotto, camera e bagno. Ampi spazi esterni, giardino e orto botanico.

The 60 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area with sofa bed, kitchen overlooking the garden, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Garden accessible by property guests, with a small swimming pool equipped with a whirlpool.
