Casa situata nel cuore del Centro Storico di Cefalù, a 200 mt dal mare e 200 mt da Piazza Duomo. Appartamento completamente indipendente, è dotato di un ampio cortile interno e di una zona relax con vasca idromassaggio e bagno turco. L'interno è composto da un soggiorno, un angolo cottura, un bagno e al piano superiore la stanza da letto, il tutto arredato scrupolosamente con grande cura e dotato di ogni comfort. Built in 1895 as a residence for railway workers, this charming signal house nestled between the railway and the beach was fully restored in 2025, preserving its authentic character. The Casello sul Mare boasts a private beach, accessible only from the house with no public access, and a cliffside terrace—perfect for breakfast, sunset aperitifs, or quiet moments of contemplation with a breathtaking sea view. The property is divided into two independent units, each with its own private entrance.
