This place was beautiful and a great mountain getaway! I would definitely recommend the place and the host especially! :) I have to commend Roberto especially for his grace and help in working through some mess caused by the puppies. We were able to resolve everything amicably and reasonably. This is the sign of a wonderful air bnb host! He gave great directions, checked on us, and was a professional in handling everything. Booking the house made for a weekend in the mountains with friends, it has a strategic location to get to the slopes. Very comfortable, new and cozy house. Very well heated environment and the house is very well equipped. It really has everything. Dimitri and his wife are two wonderful people, the house reflects their hospitality and kindness. The rooms are very spacious and well furnished as shown in the photos, in addition in the bathroom there is also the possibility of depositing, washing or drying the mountain equipment. If you plan to spend a few days in the mountains, this is the place to stay.

The host reached out to me for an eta and kept regular contact on our way to the house. We were shown our parking space and how to get around the town. The house was beautiful, spotless, and much nicer than the pictures revealed. Loved that there were two balconies on each side of the house so you could choose sun or no sun. Our friends went to the beach and we went to wineries, so it was a great location.

Everything was to our complete satisfaction. I would always come back!

Emanuele was so flexible about our check-in time! To get into the place, he had to meet us with the keys, and even though we got in around 2am, he was super friendly!

A Very good stay! It's right on the edge of the historical centre in a beautiful location that makes the rest of Guardiagrele easy to access by foot. The place itself was very clean and had just the right amenities. The only problem was that few restaurants were open in March but that may be different depending on the season. I would higly recommend it!

We absolutely adore Sergio's apartment in Roccaraso. Very comfortable for a family of 4 (two teenagers). We hope to return! Thank you Sergio!

We spent one night in Luigi’s apartment and we had a very comfortable stay. The house is located in a wonderful place, with a lovely view from the terrace in front of it. It was incredibly quiet so we had a very restful sleep. The landscapes around the house are well worth a visit! Highly recommended!!

"Three fairy-tale days" Warm and cozy apartment, wood creates a lot of atmosphere. Spacious and comfortable rooms. The owner Lucilla was available to meet our every request. All amplified by the fact that it is just a few minutes from the ski fields. Highly recommended!!!

Romina was a wonderful hostess. She was kind enough to pick us up at the bus station and even took us to the bus station for our return. She had pizza and pastries waiting for us as it was a late arrival. The apartment was spotless and very well appointed. They have taken care to ensure you are very comfortable. We felt right at home. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Was very convenient for walking around central Lanciano. We can’t thank Romina enough for all her kindness. Will be looking forward to a return to this apartment and Lanciano.

She gave us great check-in instructions and was very caring. The location is ideal for exploring Pescasseroli and its surroundings. We enjoyed the tranquility of the place and the possibility of taking pleasant walks. We will definitely be back! Highly recommended!

Sebastiano is a very helpful host, he recommended several places to dine in addition to taking us to the beach on the first day recommending a comfortable street. The house has just been refurbished and offers all kinds of comforts. Located in the countryside, it is still very close to the sea. It's definitely a place I'd love to come back to.
