House vacation rentals in Castel Bolognese

Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa per un week end fra amici. La posizione é perfetta per raggiungere Firenze in pochi minuti. L'alloggio é incantevole, con tutti i comfort a disposizione per passare un soggiorno memorabile. L'host é stato da subito disponibile e gentile e pronto ad accogliere le nostre richieste!

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 13 Personen – mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung, einer Einrichtung aus der Schweiz– und durften unseren diesjährigen Osterurlaub in Ihrem Haus verbringen. Sowohl das Haus selbst als auch die Umgebung haben uns begeistert, aber ganz besonders möchten wir den herzlichen und offenen Kontakt zu Ihnen hervorheben. Wir unternehmen jedes Jahr um diese Zeit eine gemeinsame Reise und haben schon viele schöne Unterkünfte erlebt – doch selten hat ein Haus so perfekt zu uns als Gruppe gepasst wie Ihres. Wir möchten uns von Herzen für die wunderbare Zeit bedanken, die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften. Es war ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, und wir sind uns einig: Wir würden sehr gerne wiederkommen!

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

Wir haben uns bei Adriana sehr wohl gefühlt und die Unterkunft war sehr modern, sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Außenbereich mit dem Whirlpool war super schön. Der Weg hin zur Unterkunft ist etwas eng und kurvig, was für nicht geübte Italien Urlauber etwas herausfordernd sein kann, aber durchaus machbar ist.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Carolina and her mother were most helpful and assisted when we had questions. We found the property so peaceful and beautiful. 10/10 stay. The breakfast was wonderful every morning. Thank you! Would recommend renting a car for this property!

This home is amazing for a nice get away from the busy downtown Florence. You have to take the bus to get down to the main Florence area and attractions but the buses run every ten minutes or so. It is a little bit of a walk to the bus stop in the town at the bottom of the hill in Settignano and yes the other reviews were right, it's a bit of a steep climb but much easier and quicker than getting a taxi up there. We had a bit of an issue with taxis wanting to go that far up the mountain. But the kitchen is great, everything you need if you want to go down to the local grocery store Coop and cook a nice meal. We even came back one night after so much walking and exploring downtown Florence that my husband wanted to get back to the house to relax in quiet and peace. There are 3 bedrooms and they each have their own bathroom with walk in showers. There is washing machine but no dryer.

What a beautiful little space in the Italian countryside. I am so sad we could not stay longer. We had a wonderful welcome and our stay far exceed our expectations. Our host helped us book dinners every night in local restaurants and we loved the proximity to San Marino and nearby wineries.

Gli spazi esterni sono splendidi: tanto verde ben curato, ideale per rilassarsi. Le camere sono ampie e confortevoli, e la zona è tranquillissima, ottima per staccare la spina. La vista è magnifica e la piscina era perfetta! Il check-in è stato semplice e la comunicazione con l’host impeccabile: sempre disponibile e cordiale. Rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo! Our stay here was amazing! The host was extremely friendly and helped us bring our suitcases in when she saw us struggling to bring them up the hill. She gave us a map of the area along with recommendations for restaurants and things to do. She was super communicative and helpful whenever we needed anything! The airbnb is beautiful and I wish we could’ve stayed longer. The view is amazing and we felt super comfortable and welcome. We fell in love with San Marino and will definitely be back with the same hosts and place!

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

Alles war super. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Lage ist wunderbar und nah genug an Bologna. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

Renza and Mauro prepared the house nicely during our trip! The house was spotlessly clean and they even provided an ample amount of amenities which we found quite helpful for us. Thank you for such a hospitality! :)

Our family of four loved this home. Here’s what felt extra luxurious to us: a separate wing for the 22 yr old, 3 bathrooms, high quality bed linen and towels, ability to do laundry and cook, wine and goodies on arrival, and a beautiful and serene park view. Birdsong in the morning, fireflies in the evening, pure magic.

Das Häuschen von Francesca in Prato ist wahrlich ein Schmuckstück! So liebevoll eingerichtet, alles makellos und penibel sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die fehlende Klimaanlage, da es in dieser Woche sehr heiß war. Francesca und ihr Mann sind eine extra Erwähnung wert: So zugewandte und aufmerksame Gastgeber haben wir noch nie kennen gelernt. Immer sofort erreichbar und immer einen Tip und eine Empfehlung zur Hand. Schon der Empfang war überaus liebevoll und schön. Wenn man bei 34° mit dem Motorrad ankommt und kaltes Wasser und ein Snack stehen bereit, was kann es besseres geben!!! Es war eine traumhafte Woche hier zu gast sein zu dürfen....ganz herzlichen Dank und selbstverständlich eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte mit unseren beiden Kindern bei Stefano und es hat uns überaus gut gefallen! Die Lage war sehr, sehr ruhig und man war sehr schnell zu Fuß bei der U Bahn, wo wir alle Sehenswürdigkeit problemlos erreichen konnten. Der Vatikan war fußläufig erreichbar. Der kleine Balkon war wirklich herrlich zum draußen sitzen, wo wir unseren Prosecco genießen konnten, der schon vom Gastgeber für uns kaltgestellt wurde. Das Appartment war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

I am from California and stayed at 50 different Airbnb properties so far, mostly in the US, and most were very good, some were great, but none were like this property. this place is more than a place to stay. This was a very special and unique experience made possible by the great hospitality and generosity of the owners. I stayed for the entire Mugello MotoGP 2025 weekend and this location could not be more perfect to attend the race events every day. The views, the road to the property, the whole area and history or the area are all amazing. I got to learn a great deal about this beautiful part of the world and felt like I was an “Italian” for a few days. Highly recommended.

L'appartamento è davvero carino, con due camere comode e una bellissima corte interna. Si trova a pochissimi minuti a piedi dal centro e la posizione è comodissima. Matteo è sempre stato presente e disponibile per ogni nostro dubbio e il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero vantaggioso. Un weekend splendido anche grazie all'alloggio, consiglio fortemente!

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! This is a very clean and comfortable flat in the centre of Forli, just steps away from Corso della Repubblica. It's a 25 minutes' walk or a very short taxi ride from the train station. The communication with Gian Luca was smooth quick, I felt well looked after. The flat is very well kept, there are amenities as well as special details on the part of the hosts that made my stay pleasant and comfortable. The area in front of the flat is well lit at night, which made me feel safe, as well as there being cameras on the outside and the owner living nearby. The bed was comfortable. There was hardly any traffic in the street, however there were occasionally loud passers-by at night who disturbed me as I'm a light sleeper, but no major noises.

Unsere Zeit in Bologna war der Hammer! In der Küche haben wir immer unser Frühstück gemacht und draußen gegessen im Innenhof war es super ruhig, und die Nachbarn auch super freundlich! Es war eins A gelegen und super sauber! Danke🫶

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Für Menschen, die Ruhe in der Natur suchen, wandern möchten und keine Angst vor kilometerlanger einspuriger Anfahrt haben, der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen und für Entdeckungstouren in die noch nicht überlaufene Umgebung von Florenz, wo Giotto, die Medici, die Etrusker u.v.m. ihre Spuren hinterlassen haben. Unterkunft klasse geschnitten, originell eingerichtet, top gelegen mit kleiner Terrasse (leider ohne Direktausgang von Wohnung) - ideal für den Genuss der phänomenalen Sonnenuntergänge hoch über den toskanischen Hügeln. Und Lorenzo ein so sympathischer, netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Können wir gerne weiterempfehlen.
