first I love his neighbors who checked us in. Cinzia was amazing. She not only showed us our place but took our kids to show us her farm. she also makes her own olive oil and gifted us with some! Wonderful Italian neighbors!! I contacted Rocky in advance and he provided me with specific recommendations for where we should go during a long drive we took. we went where he suggested and was not disappointed! Amazing quiet location with great near by wineries. would 100% recommend to everyone!

We had a brilliant week at Jakob and Margit’s house. Margit was so friendly and helpful (and gave us some wine and fresh eggs!). The views from the gardens are incredible and having the swimming pool was perfect. The local area has lots of great vineyards to visit and the house is close to Florence/Siena/Arezzo for day trips. It had everything we needed like a washing machine etc.

Bob and Ally, your love and care shone through every minute of our time with you! From the moment we arrived, your warmth and generosity was simply wonderful.When we saw our incredible welcome platters, so beautifully presented with Tuscan delights and homegrown herbs & flowers,it meant so much! Everything you did,was above and beyond what any other hosts had ever done Absolutely nothing was missing. Luna took our hearts from the moment we met her; her daily visits/rolling over for tummy rubs, gave us such joy. When you both went out,within minutes shewould come &. lie peacefully on our terrace,joining us as we enjoyed looking for hours at the absolutely beautiful view. We treasured our times chatting with you -especially the last night when we watched those incredible fireflies giving us an evening of their display!Ally,for lending me those cookbooks & for your infinite kindness,& Bob,for always helping us with any queries..a hugeheartfelt thankyou!Our love to you.Please keep in touch

Property is amazing, host so friendly and helpful… Honestly we spent very little time on the property as we were exploring so much of Tuscany during our stay with the lovely location as our home base. But it was so beautiful to wake to every day and come “home” to late every evening :) During our 6 days, we explored Florence, hung out in Siena, hiked Chianti trails, visiting all over from Monteriggioni to San Gimignano to Volterra… and throughout Val d’Orcia from Montepulciano to Pienza , Pitigliano to Serano… and north to Lucca & Pisa. Just wonderful location :) Thank you so much!

We found Peggy’s place to be the perfect spot for exploring Tuscany. The instructions made it for easy to find & only a few short minutes drive from Panzano where we had lunch at Dario’s (a must in our opinion). Also highly recommend Montese Cooking Experience in San Gimignano.

This place is fabulous. Margherita was responsive so quickly. We had a 11 people six adults and five kids. Loved the pool and hot tub. Margherita made reservations for us and suggested day trips. She even got a wheelchair for me for the Hill towns. Take advantage of their cooking. they did meals for us, which were fantastic. And even organized a birthday dinner for the three young girls. They did the birthday cake and even gave them a gift. It was fabulous. Don’t hesitate to book. We did day trips to Sienna, pisa,Luca, panzano, pienza and multipulciano. And two trips to the luxury mall.!Her parents are so helpful too. Olive oil and their wine is fantastic. The only regret I have is that we didn’t have extra days and spend the time right around villa. I think we would have really enjoyed the wine tasting and olive tastings. I would’ve stayed easily another week. Do take advantage of her massages too. My kids thoroughly enjoyed our visit. It exceeded my expectations!!!!! Ten stars!!!!!!

Anna Rita's place was even more beautiful than the pictures and in a great location. Anna Rita's sister, Lucia met us when we arrived. She gave us a tour, explaining how everything works. The space was large and welcoming. The outside terrace was especially beautiful and a peaceful place to unwind. The upstairs master suite was extraordinary. It was comfortable, quiet, spacious and had a balcony overlooking the terrace. The only downside was that the downstairs bedroom could get quite loud due to the adjacent restaurant on the other side of the wall. Our host was always very responsive. We will definitely return!

This beautiful Tuscan home stole our hearts and we will definitely be back to enjoy this peaceful, spacious and authentic home. Sarah and her family were incredible hosts and made us feel right at home. We are absolutely in love with our experience here and would highly recommend the stay!
