Incredible home, with stunning views! I hosted a group of friends here before my wedding, and we all agreed it was the most beautiful Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The hosts (Francesco and his wife Illaria) were extremely responsive and kind. They recommended a local chef to us, which turned into one of the best nights of our trip. 100% recommend and will be re-booking next time I travel to Tuscany.

Some places don’t feel like destinations — they feel like memory. Even if you’ve never been there before. The Red Barn in Impurneta is that kind of place. It’s hard to explain without slipping into clichés, but the truth is… it felt like coming home to somewhere I didn’t know I’d left. A patch of land so beautiful, so utterly peaceful, that it silences the noise in your head you didn’t realize was there. The views stretch forever, soft and golden, like the world finally exhaled. The air is kind. The silence is full. You don’t just stay here — you heal here. Every inch of the property felt intentional. Familiar. Like a childhood memory you thought you’d imagined, but turns out was real all along. I can’t explain it. And maybe I shouldn’t try too hard. Some places just are. And this place — it’s special. We stayed in the villa for 3 weeks with my family (2 young kids) and it was absolutely perfect!!! Francesca was an incredible host, fantastic communication. The house itself was beautiful, clean and the pool was just magic. Close to Florence and all the wonderful towns nearby, we can’t recommend this place enough. Would stay again without hesitation.

Great house with amazing views. We used the pool a lot as it was very hot during our stay. Francesco and Serena were very nice and helpful. They booked a cooking class for us, which I highly recommend. The location is very convenient for visiting Florence, as it only takes about half an hour by train from Rufina.

We were a group of 10 staying Friday to Sunday at the villa. It is nestled in the beautiful Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious and the common areas perfect for a large group. It was very clean throughout. The kitchen is well designed and easy to use for a crowd. We deployed the large BBQ for a meal at home on the first evening. A cocktail, a steak and a view of the rolling hills - how charming! I would strongly recommend renting a car or cars because the village is some walk away. There is a large and well stocked Co-op about 10 minutes’ drive from the property. Giulia on behalf of the host was simply brilliant. She was very responsive and helpful, and full of good recommendations. I would not hesitate to endorse this property and its management - we had a brilliant stay and would happily come back again.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect. Carolina and her mother were most helpful and assisted when we had questions. We found the property so peaceful and beautiful. 10/10 stay. The breakfast was wonderful every morning. Thank you! Would recommend renting a car for this property!

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

Our family of four loved this home. Here’s what felt extra luxurious to us: a separate wing for the 22 yr old, 3 bathrooms, high quality bed linen and towels, ability to do laundry and cook, wine and goodies on arrival, and a beautiful and serene park view. Birdsong in the morning, fireflies in the evening, pure magic.

Spontaneously booked. And can easily arrange everything necessary at short notice. Federico is calmly communicative and can refine the stay with good recommendations. The location is special. The place has a good effect on the body and mind. WeiläuAbout but not far for shopping or restaurants. A beautiful pool. Tasteful spaces. Wifi junckies could sometimes hate something with the net, but the overall picture is not diminished. Everything else necessary is on site or will be promptly provided by Federico. A wonderful starting point for Visit in Florence or Chianti. Lots of rustic trattorias,winemakers and olive farmers nearby.

Fantastic place to stay! This was my second visit to this apartment because it’s in a perfect location, beautifully furnished, in a quiet neighborhood but five minutes from everything. The two bedrooms are very private and have a nice amount of space between them. Can’t recommend this more highly!

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

Everything was great. The house is lovingly decorated and clean. The house has everything you need, the location is wonderful and close enough to Bologna. We can only recommend the house.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

My husband and I had the great pleasure of spending 8 days at this beautiful Airbnb. Truly, this is the best Airbnb we've ever stayed in, and we travel a lot! With big intentions to explore the Tuscan area we essentially did nothing and stayed put. Why? It's just that beautiful. The view is spectacular, and the accommodations are very comfortable. The hosts have provided everything you need for a deep relaxing holiday. Of course if you choose to explore, there is much to see and do in the local area. We had a lovely stay and Simona was keen to ensure that we were happy. The villa has a lovely rustic feel. Ignore the no entry sign at the end of the dirt track road and drive up through the trees. You park right outside the house. It was a little more expensive for us as we were only 2, staying in a place for 4. The dog was lovely and friendly ( although looks as though he might not be as Alsatian breed I think ). There is a lovely restaurant in San Polo with a lovely garden out the back… about 7 mins away.

We felt very comfortable at Adriana's and the accommodation was very modern, clean and well maintained. The outdoor area with the hot tub was also super nice. The way to the accommodation is a bit narrow and curvy, which can be a bit challenging for inexperienced Italian vacationers, but it is quite feasible.

Roberto and Barbara were great to correspond with and the location was very close to many things like groceries, restaurants and to the centre core ... where having a garage was such a huge plus!!! We were able to fit in a mid size suv in there but had to fold the mirrors in which isn't a big deal at all. I would definitely recommend this place for future visitors who have a car and want to be close to the city core without being in it. Thanks again Roberto and Barbara for sharing you place with us.
