We loved our stay at Ivana’s place. A very clean, spacious apartment with a balcony overlooking the sea and a private beach! A short drive to great restaurants and Paklenecia NP! Ivana was a great host, very kind and communicative. Highly recommend.

Had a great stay at Lidija's! She was incredibly helpful, responded super quickly to any questions, and asked regularly if everything was okay – really an excellent host service. The house itself was perfectly equipped: a fully equipped kitchen, bikes, a shuttlecock set, a pool and even a hot tub – we didn't miss anything. A small downside: The wifi on the upper floor was a bit weak. On the ground floor and outside, on the other hand, it ran flawlessly with up to 250 Mbps – so absolutely sufficient. Overall a completely successful stay. Thank you Lidija!

We arrived in the morning and were able to check in right away, the location was amazing. Everything in very good condition and equipped very well - from knives to dishwasher tabs to bandaids, we didn’t miss a thing. We especially enjoyed our terrace with the olive tree in the center and the ocean not farther than 5 meters away. Morning swims, breakfast with ocean view, sunbathing, mali and veli can be reached by foot,… we really enjoyed our stay and wanted to thank mario again for the amazing service 🙌🏼

The stay at Zeljko's was really very nice! The little house is wonderfully located and you have everything you need (even a Nespresso coffee machine and a hairdryer are available)! The view is breathtaking and barbecuing on the balcony is a great experience! Our dog also felt very comfortable thanks to the fenced garden. The small path to the beach is also easily accessible and can be reached in just 5 minutes. Finally, the cellular network also worked perfectly! A very great place to stay! We will be happy to come back!

Absolutely recommended! The garden and direct access to the sea are a dream, inviting you to swim and walk (or jog) by the water. Everything was very clean and the linens and sofa cushions smelled particularly fresh. Dubravka is warm and uncomplicated. With the passenger ferry you can visit Zadar and other islands. With the car ferry you can visit national parks on the mainland, but the island also gives you enough options to relax, eat and hike. You definitely need a car. We had a great vacation!

Nothing negative to remark, really. Emilijana is a wonderful person that received us with open arms. I remember the fine and spontaneous talks we had, and will cherish her warm and open spirit. When, at the end of our stay, we were a little bit late with moving all our luggage out, she remained very friendly and relaxed, and granted us a little more time while at the same time starting the cleaning already. :-) She, her friend, and her mother: wonderful people! The apartment is exquisitely located; far enough from Novalja not to be bothered by the party-goers, and not TOO close to Stara Novalja as well (obviously calmer, but still rather touristic too). Emilijana's place is at just the right distance from it all to be sufficiently calm, relaxing, and yet with all necessary accomodations in proximity. The housing itself was satisfactory as well, with a well-functioning air-conditioning unit, decent beds, a basic, well-equipped kitchen, etc... Warmly recommended!!

Great place to stay. When we asked for a second cot for our two babies, Anastasija made sure that we have everything we need.

Matija was an exemplary host. Everything was superb from start to finish. We loved the quiet location but with such easy access to old Zadar. The pool was perfect, beautiful villa, super clean, everything provided. Sad to leave. Highly recommended

We spent relaxing autumn days at Lukas' house. The heated pool was the highlight for the kids. The restaurants were unfortunately closed in Novigrad at the time, but we ate well in the neighboring village (about 15 minutes' drive) in Pizzeria Fortuna. Otherwise, catering in the house is possible, as the kitchen is functionally furnished. Microwave, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso machine are available. Also spices, oil and tea. We liked the quiet fishing village very much and would be happy to come back.

We had a cozy week at Marija and Ivan's house. The two are very accommodating, kind and open hosts. We felt very comfortable! Thank you very much for the warm welcome! :) The house was sparkling clean and thoughtfully decorated. Pool, sauna and outdoor area contribute a lot to relaxation! Sukošan is an idyllic, quiet place in the countryside, right by the sea. We will be back!

An Unforgettable Stay at Villa Dekorti ! We were a group of 6 friends who stayed at Villa Dekorti for 5 days. The accommodation exceeded our expectations and precisely matched the photos, if not even better. Everything was spotless, and there was nothing to fault. The villa boasted a stunning view of the sea and was just a few minutes' walk away, making it incredibly convenient. Two small shops and several restaurants were located nearby, easily accessible on foot. Lovre Ivkovic was an exceptionally kind and helpful individual. He promptly provided accurate responses to our questions and was quick to address any concerns. On our first day, he warmly welcomed us and offered a bunch of great suggestions for activities. Each day spent in this villa was a true delight, and we sincerely hope to have the opportunity to stay in one of your provided accommodations once again.

One of our most beautiful vacations !! We booked for next year right away, because we are so excited and satisfied ! That's great !

The location of the place is great. You have direct beach access via the host's property. Bakers and restaurants are within walking distance. Larger supermarkets are also easily accessible by car. Zadar itself is about 20 minutes away by car. The accommodation is super well maintained and the kitchen is super well equipped. Everything you need is there. The hostess was always available and fulfilled every wish. The absolute highlight is the roof terrace with Jacuzzi, which of course was used a lot. I can only recommend the listing! We will be happy to come back.

Slawa is a great host, easy to comunicate with and responds very fast. The apartman was clean and had everything you need for a comfy stay. The view from the balcony is spectacular. The apartmant is perfect for someone who wants lots of privacy and a break from the crowds.

The house is beautiful and in a perfect location. Step right outside on to the beach, tons of bars and restaurants right within walking distance. Also a short 20 minute walk to Zrce beach. Only negative was finding the place. There was no exact address in the listing and the directions given are inaccurate. Look for a restaurant Konoba Mig and walk directly down in front of the restaurant to find the place.

I visited Danijela's place with two friends. We were very excited about the place itself and the location. We felt very comfortable. The apartment has a very nice terrace with a fantastic view, where we spent a few hours. Right next to the entrance is a small, very delicious bakery and a supermarket is also directly across the street. Danijela is a very nice hostess who was always easily accessible and helped with questions. We felt very comfortable and can only recommend the place!

The place is very nice and clean, it's 20mins Walk from zrce Beach. Pool is a bit smaller than what it looks like in the pictures.

Beautiful, clean, tasteful, and well-equipped beachfront accommodation. Quiet location. Private beach, but designed for multiple apartments. It was pretty crowded for our dates. At times, we had trouble finding between all the private sun loungers, which no one was on for most of the day anyway, a place to lie down. The apartment was really nice and very well equipped!

Comfortable space in the perfect location. The view from the porch is amazing. Clean and full equipped apartment with everything needed. The host was always responsive and attentive to give advice. I highly recommended this place

Had a great and relaxing holiday at Seahouse Veronika. The privacy and direct sea access made for easy snorkelling and paddleboarding. Stipe and Tomislav (and Stefan - Tomislav's brother) were really helpful.
