La zona è super accessibile e centrale ma lontana da locali notturni rumorosi e caos cittadino, parcheggio gratuito a 200 metri, possibilità di arrivare in macchina davanti alla casa, vicinissimo, anche a piedi, alla stazione ferroviaria principale della città.
