This Villa has tremendous views, one of the biggest 'sole use' swimming pools in Umbria and is only a mile from bars and restaurants. It is a spacious and well equipped place for up to 6 people to stay, somewhere gorgeous and serene yet still within 45 minutes of all of Umbria's tourist attractions, including Assisi, Spoleto, Montefalco, Bevagna and Todi. Gas heating, WiFi, SMART TV, free firewood and a BBQ. Recent new wooden deck, pool patio tiles and an extensive kitchen refresh.

It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!
