Excellent accueil, l’hôte s’est rendue disponible à toutes nos attentes par messages. Logement impeccable, fonctionnel (il y a Netflix), spacieux. Je recommande à 1000% ce logement ☺️

Marco was a fantastic host! He texted us beforehand asking if we wanted to self check-in or have him meet us there. Meeting us on the street as we arrived, he took us straight up and immediately started to explain all amenities, along with providing us with some lovely maps of Montecatini and Lucca. He strongly recommended a visit to his favourite local place of Lucca, in which his recommendation was very well received as we spent the Sunday wandering the splendid medieval town. All in all I would very much recommend this AirBnB, as it's 5min walk from main centre, the station and many authentic restaurants (which Marco told us about when we asked him). Don't forget to also take the vernacular and visit Montecatini-Alto in the hills!

Firstly what a wonderful person Moira is and an absolute pleasure to meet. We were contacted by Moira who advised that she had a meeting later in the day and asked if we could meet early to check-in; excellent. Moira was really friendly and greeted us warmly. She showed us around the apartment and explained where everything was. We paid our occupancy taxes and she went to her meeting. Our initial look around demonstrated that the furnishing and presentation of the apartment was exactly as described in the wording on the site and the photos illustrated. The bed and sofa were both firm but comfortable and the kitchen had all the pots, pans, plates, cups and glasses etc that you would ever need. The shower was nice and hot and well ventilated. The addition of an outdoor space is a real plus as an additional somewhere to sit and leave clothing to dry. The location of the apartment is excellent; within easy walking distance to bars, shops and restaurants - we will certainly plan to return.

Il posto è veramente suggestivo, casa rurale ma ben ristrutturata e rifinita negli interni in mezzo a un infinito uliveto di proprietà, è possibile incontrare anche diverse specie animali nel luogo, vista bellissima dalla collina. Abbiamo incontrato un'upupa africana neanche troppo schiva, non ricordo di aver mai visto così tante lucciole nella notte, magnifico. Il proprietario Francesco fa dell'olio biologico eccezionale, da provare. Lui e la moglie sono persone squisite e ospitali. Ci hanno dato anche un po' di consigli per spostarci e per il cibo. A presto Francesco!

Paolo en Martina geven je gelijk een enorm warm welkom gevoel. Martina had een overheerlijke taart gebakken en we kwamen in een brandschoon appartement waarin aan alles was gedacht. Dat ook nog met eens met een prachtig uitzicht op Pisa in de verte. Paolo stond gelijk klaar met adviezen en tips over de omgeving en mogelijkheden. We prachtig Toscane mogen ontdekken, niet alleen de grote steden of de zee maar ook de kleine schoonheden in de omgeving. We mochten tevens gebruik maken van de heerlijke tuin met barbecue. Paolo en Martine zijn de ultieme, zorgzame gastheer en gastvrouw die je als gast het gevoel geven deel uit te maken van hun familie. Een heel bijzondere ervaring voor ons gezin waardoor we nog een hele lange tijd warme herinneringen aan hun en hun prachtige huis tussen de bergen en beekjes van Calci zullen koesteren. Dit is absoluut een fantastische plek om nog eens naar terug te keren. Een absolute aanrader!

Die Wohnung von Marco in Monsummano Terme war einfach fantastisch! Alles war sehr sauber, gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wir haben uns direkt wie zu Hause gefühlt. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, und auch die Lage ist ideal: ruhig und charmant, aber gleichzeitig ein super Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge nach Florenz, Pisa, Lucca oder sogar Rom. Der Gastgeber Marco ist außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit. Seine schnelle und freundliche Kommunikation war sehr angenehm. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

What an incredible experience staying in this historic villa. I cannot believe the price we paid for what we experienced. Upon entry, I felt like I was walking into a museum or castle. Frescos on the ceiling in the common entry way that leads to the secret garden courtyard. The place is so incredibly inviting, like you are visiting Nona’s house for supper. Considering the age of the building, everything inside functions well. It was truly a memorable time for our family, and we are so glad we had the chance to experience this little town staying in this place. Simone and Rita were beautiful people with kind hearts. They even sent a masseuse to have a private massage in the villa. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to truly unplug from the busy day to day or finish a book, or just relax in the beautiful surroundings.

L'appartamento di Stefano e Cristina è bello, accogliente e pulito, in più è vicinissimo all'ospedale e all'aeroporto. Quello che cercavamo! Comodissimo il check-in grazie alla facile e comoda procedura di accesso. Abbiamo seguito i consigli di Stefano e la sua "scorciatoia" ha accorciato ancora di più le distanze. Stefano è stato sempre "presente". Le volte in cui gli abbiamo chiesto aiuto lui ha fatto il possibile e non solo. Grazie Stefano e grazie Cristina, verrò a visitare ancora la bellissima Pisa. Questa volta non perderò tempo per la ricerca, so già dove andare!

El apartamento y Filippo fueron maravillosos!!! con vistas muy lindas a viñedos que te hacen sentir verdaderamente en la Toscana! Filippo ha sido uno de los mejores anfitriones que hemos tenido, sin duda te sentiras como en casa con su buen trato y calidez y con todo lo que ofrece su apartamento, la cocina muy bien equipada, la cama muy comoda perfecta para descansar despues de un intenso dia de aventuras toscanas! Sin duda volveriamos!

Bien que court, nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Francesca. L'hébergement est propre et tout est pensé pour passer un séjour agréable. On sent que Francesca aime recevoir et fait tout pour qu'on se sente bien. Les petites attentions ne manquent : nous avons même eu droit à de petits chocolats car c'était le WE de Pâques. Les enfants ont adoré. Francesca est très réactive. L'hébergement est très bien situé, proche de Pise et de la mer, et permet de rayonner parmi les plus beaux villages de Toscane. Tout était parfait et merci encore pour l'accueil !

A beautiful apartment with stunning views. Easy access to many beautiful places to visit such as San Gimignano, Florence and Sienna. The apartment was clean and comfortable with amenities as listed. The views from the communal terrace were stunning and there was plenty of space to sit without being on top of other guests. We would highly recommend.

Emplacement idéal dans la vieille ville touristique et proche de la tour. Niché dans un vieil immeuble typique de la vieille ville, ce 2 pièces a été rénové en gardant le style local. On apprécie la grande hauteur sous plafond, la grande chambre, les beaux matériaux de rénovation comme ces portes en bois massif , les encadrures de porte laissées rondes comme à l'origine avec un vitrail pour jointer avec la porte, la cuisine très bien équipée et le jardin mignon avec terrasse et tonnelle en chèvrefeuille pour manger à l'ombre. Enfin, la touche "style industrie" avec les poutres en acier se marie bien avec l'ensemble. Bravo Lucas pour cette belle restauration ! Tout commerce et restaurants à 2 pas. Rue très peu passante et fenêtre double vitrage bien isolante. Enfin, Lucas est très prévenant pour tout expliquer.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Barga! Die Unterkunft ist sehr zentral in Barga gelegen mit vielen tollen Restaurants in der Nähe, das war super! Eleonora war immer gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung ist stilvoll und schön eingerichtet. Gerne wieder :)

Grazioso appartamento nel centro storico di San Gimignano, ottimo livello di pulizia . Cucina ben attrezzata , letto comodo . Ho soggiornato per due notti e mi sono trovata benissimo . Gli host , Federico ed Helga sono persone fantastiche e molto amichevoli . Ottimi consigli su come muoversi in zona e su ristoranti con cucina tipica toscana e locali con vista sulle colline ideali per aperitivi al tramonto . Ci tornerei sicuramente !

Michele’s place is everything you need for a pleasant stay, close enough to the center of the city, the train station and the airport! Would recommend 👍

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (7 & 9 Jahre) einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Poggio al Cassone. Die Städte Pisa, Lucca, Volterra und Florenz haben wir sehr gut erreichen können. Für die Kinder war der Pool das Highlight nach den Ausflügen. Die gesamte Anlage ist wunderschön gestaltet, das Appartement wirklich gross und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen, wieder zu kommen. :)

Wir hatten super Zeit in der Wohnung von Francesco. Ein perfekter Ort um die vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu entdecken. Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Typisch toskanischer Style mitten im Dorf mit sehr netten Einheimischen. Der Pool war perfekt! Francesco war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr zu empfehlen! Danke:-)

Vi hade ett par fantastiska dagar uppe i bergen på Cima alla Serra. Vi satt varje kväll på terrassen och njöt av utsikten och lugnet, och på dagarna kunde man ta det lugnt vid poolen som var fantastisk. Giovanna och personalen på plats var väldigt hjälpsamma och vi är så glada över vår vistelse. Trots att det ligger relativt nära Pisa bör man ha bil vilket vi blev rekommenderade. Vi hoppas få möjligheten att komma tillbaka igen! Tack för ett par trevliga dagar :)

Tolle Unterkunft direkt am Strand. Nur wenige Meter über die Düne und schon macht sich ein herrlicher Strand auf. Es gibt direkt nebenan schöne Standbars, in denen man den morgendlichen Cappuccino genießen kann. Das Appartement war liebevoll eingerichtet mit vielen Details. Irgendwie war alles da, ob zum Kochen oder Utensilien für den Strand. Wir hatten 4h Stau bei der Anreise und konnten den Check-In nicht rechtzeitig erreichen. Trotzdem war Sharon für uns noch um 23 Uhr da. Das war super.

Wir haben eine Woche in einer der kleinen Wohnungen verbracht. Am ersten Abend kamen wir noch in den Genuss des Abendessen. Auch als unangemeldete, vegetarische Gäste wurden wir vorzüglich bekocht. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Toskana zu erkunden. Nach Pisa sind es gut 30 Minuten und Florenz & Siena sind ebenfalls gut erreichbar. Allerdings braucht es zwingend einen PKW. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig, sauber und hat alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und kommunikativ. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Semplicemente tutto perfetto, dall’accoglienza all’aperitivo, dalla cena servita in casa (dal ristorante!) alla colazione panoramica, l’utilizzo della piscina… semplicemente PERFETTO!

Unser Aufenthalt in Lari bei Susie & Paolo war toll. Die beiden waren tolle Gastgeber, sie waren immer erreichbar, sehr aufmerksam und super lieb. Das Appartement war super gemütlich, sehr gepflegt und mit allem was wir brauchten ausgestattet. Im Garten gibt es eine schöne Außenküche mit Grill und Pizzaofen, die wir beide genutzt haben. Es gibt viele Plätze im zum sitzen und chillen. Auch der Poobereich ist sehr schön angelegt und umzäunt. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und geben eine klare Weiterempfehlung 🫶

Können wir absolut empfehlen ! Ist alles so wie im Text beschrieben und auf den Foto´s zu sehen. Liegt ca 2 km außerhalb vom total schnuckeligen Örtchen Casole de Elsa. Von Andrea + Barbara gab´s alle nötigen Infos zur Anreise und viele tolle Tipps vor Ort, immer mit den dazugehörigen Links. Zum Beispiel verzögerte sich unsere Anreise verkehrsbedingt auf ca. 22:15 Uhr. War kein Problem, wir standen in Kontakt und als wir ankamen, hat uns Andrea persönlich in Empfang genommen. Und wenn wir während unseres Aufenthaltes eine Frage hatten, kam immer sehr zügig eine Antwort. (Wo man in Siena am Besten parken kann, wie gelangt man am Besten nach Florenz, ...)
