It is a 60 sqm annex suitable for couples who want to visit our region. We don't have a swimming pool but we have the truffle ground, the stream, the roe deer, porcupines, wild boars, our cats and the little dog Moti. In the garden, you will find herbs, fruit, and garden produce. Inside the cottage we rent, you will have our olive oil and helichrysum liqueur that we produce. We also produce saffron, but we sell it! Of course, pets are welcome!

Stayed here last week for 5 days. On arrival we were met with a welcome basket of food a bottle of wine a bottle of homemade olive oil and also bottles of water on arrival. The pictures don’t do it justice it felt like a place out of a fairytale, the property is surrounded by tons of olive trees and greenery. If you want a quiet relaxing holiday this is place to go. Rosella was amazing with quick responses and extremely welcoming, we are definitely going again next year.

The apartment really enchanted us, the rooms are nice, clean with air conditioning, stylish, in the living room a large TV, kitchen with everything that should be here. The "resort" itself was on a hill with beautiful views, a huge garden, a swimming pool, all stylish Tuscan, the surroundings are beautiful, peace, quiet, peace, everything you need here you will find. As the Italians say, it's "Tutto bene" here

Our stay at Caterina was great! A beautiful area and the contact with Laura was very pleasant and good. It is useful to have a car because things are difficult to reach on foot. It is also useful to keep in mind that 1 adult fits on the sofa bed. So it is more of a house for three people. But! It was a beautiful stay and definitely recommended if you want to stay in this area.

Cottage Uliviu was a great accommodation, spacious and clean. When we needed something, we were immediately helped. The location was ideal to visit the most beautiful sights, Todi, Orvieto, Perugia... From the cottage you have beautiful cycling and hiking trails. Supermarket in Marsciano nearby. What makes the house so attractive is the beautiful and large swimming pool with a beautiful view over the valley and hills. You can find complete peace here. We met the whole family, sympathetic and cordial. Interesting also to listen to their stories. Tommaso's grandparents live on site, what an active grandmother says. Many greetings to all, and maybe see you again.

Roberto was very helpful. We had some organizational problems on our end and we weren't able to fully enjoy our stay, but Roberto was welcoming and accommodated us. The environment was serene and spacious, comfortable for us with a medium-large dog. We all got along well.

The Wine Loft is incredibly peaceful and beautiful. The modern architecture is gorgeous and the views are magical. We traveled by trains and it was easy to take a taxi (arranged by the Wine Loft) from the station. Additionally, we enjoyed walking the country path through the woods and meadow to Bagno Vignoni. We highly recommend this beautiful property. The wines were a phenomenal addition to the stay.
