Magnifique maison, avec le charme de l'ancien et une vue à couper le souffle. Le jardin et la piscine sont très bien entretenus et on s'y sent bien. D'autres personnes peuvent également être sur place, car la maison est séparée en plusieures parties. De notre côté, nous n'avons eu aucun problème avec les voisins, et l'endroit est suffisamment grand pour avoir son espace à soi. La communication avec Barbara était très bien, elle nous a fourni toutes les informations dont nous avions besoin et répondait promptement. L'arrivée en voiture n'est pas si compliquée, il faut simplement s'assurer que le GPS évite une route fermée. Nous avons suivi les instructions de Barbara et tout s'est bien passé. Dans l'ensemble, cette maison nous a permis de passer un bon moment, de nous relaxer pendant nos vacances, et son charme authentique a provoqué quelques touches de nostalgies.

How can we even put into words what an incredible experience this was! Antonella was kind and helpful, and her home is just stunning. She made us feel so at home even with our limited Italian. She prepared us a home cooked, four-course meal one night and it was absolutely delicious. She even gave us the leftovers so we could have them for breakfast the next day. The villa was breathtaking and in a perfect location to visit beautiful towns in Tuscany like Pienza, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. We especially loved the pool and visiting with the animals. This was a bucket list stay for us and worth every penny!

Ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt im Herzen der Toskana! Die Wohnung liegt traumhaft schön in der Natur – umgeben von sanften Hügeln, Weinbergen und unzähligen Olivenbäumen, die in der Sonne silbern schimmern und das Landschaftsbild einfach magisch machen. Die Aussicht ins Tal ist atemberaubend schön – man könnte stundenlang einfach nur dastehen und schauen. Der 28 Meter Pool? Besser geht es nicht – perfekt gelegen mit Panoramablick, absoluter Ruhe und einer Atmosphäre, die zur puren Entspannung einlädt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind die Menschen: Jacopo, Sophia und ihre Kinder haben uns mit einer so herzlichen Offenheit empfangen, dass wir uns sofort wie bei guten Freunden gefühlt haben. Es ist einfach schön, solchen Menschen zu begegnen – authentisch, warm und voller Lebensfreude. Und dann war da noch Luba, die Schäferhündin – ein echtes Herz auf vier Pfoten! Sie hat uns jedes Mal mit solcher Freude empfangen, dass wir sie sofort ins Herz geschlossen haben.

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in Lyndalls Haus in Lecchi in Chianti! Das Grundstück, das Haus und der Pool waren sogar größer und schöner als erwartet. Die Landschaft ist traumhaft – perfekt zum Entspannen. Die Küche war hervorragend ausgestattet, sodass wir fast jeden Tag gekocht haben. Auch die Restaurant-Empfehlung im Ort war ein Volltreffer. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Lyndall!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

Piękna okolica, idealne miejsce wypadowe do zwiedzania Toskanii. Super miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi (dostępne łóżeczko dla dzieci, a nawet barierka do łóżka dla dzieci które śpią z rodzicami 😉). Nicolo odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze potrzeby, a samo mieszkanie oddaje w pełni toskański klimat 😀 bardzo polecamy!

We hebben genoten van het geweldige huis van Maria. We werden vriendelijk ontvangen door Maria en haar familie, waar we verwelkomt werden met een fles wijn en lekkere taart. We waren met 6 volwassenen. Er is meer dan voldoende ruimte. Fijn dat iedere slaapkamer voorzien is van een eigen badkamer. Het is een prachtig huis in een mooie omgeving met een heerlijk zwembad tussen de olijfbomen en het is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Erg fijn is ook de oplader voor de elektrische auto. We haalden elke morgen vers brood bij de plaatselijke bakker in het dorpje 5 minuten rijden met de auto. Goede uitvalsbasis voor de mooie steden zoals Lucca, Siena, Florence. Ook het strand is prima te doen. We hebben ons zeer thuis gevoeld. Maria en familie, bedankt voor de geweldige tijd in jullie mooie huis.

Beautiful home near Chianti. Clean and comfortable, with amazing vineyard/sunset views. The hosts were very responsive and friendly, and they gave clear instructions. One thing to note is that the property is listed as "Entire Home", but it is actually a condominium that shares walls and outdoor common areas with the neighbors. There is a divider in the backyard between us and the neighbors, but it is not completely private. Overall, we had a great time here.

Wir haben 10 wunderbare Tage in Carolinas geschmackvoll eingerichtetes und perfekt ausgestattetes Haus verbracht und genossen besonders die Terrasse mit herrlichem Ausblick in die toskanische Landschaft und das malerische Städtchen Montecatini Alto mit mehreren guten und gemütlichen Restaurants. Eine Gelateria und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen sind fast vor der Haustüre. Durch die urige Standseilbahn nach Montecatini Terme (fährt alle 30 min bis Mitternacht) und eine Buslinie zum Bahnhof sind Ausflüge auch ohne Auto möglich. Carolina ist eine perfekte Gastgeberin - immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Da elisabetta siamo stati benissimo, tutti i servizi sono stati impeccabili, a partire dal check in dove elisabetta è stata flessibile riguardo all’orario è estremamente disponibile. la casa è perfettamente attrezzata di tutto il necessario e impeccabile a livello di pulizia. l’ ambientazione poi è da sogno. consiglio assolutamente un soggiorno, non ve ne pentirete!

Cannot say enough about how great this little gem is- great location for outdoor activities and stunning beautiful scenery. Very quiet on the top of this hillside Road… With lemon trees in an olive Grove how much better can it get! You can see the town of Vinci and way beyond from this height. The hosts could not have been any more kind and generous with their time and suggestions. Simply a wonderful Airbnb!

A casa está localizada em uma área tranquila e com muito verde. Fácil acesso para a estrada que leva para Florença e outras cidades da Toscana. Camas confortáveis, cozinha equipada e diversas amenities. Paola e Francesco são anfitriões excepcionais, demonstrando atenção e gentileza em todas as interações. Recebemos dicas valiosas de Paola, que, inclusive, nos ajudou a encontrar e reservar quadras de tênis e pickleball. Espaço altamente recomendado para famílias viajando com crianças. Com certeza voltaremos mais vezes!

Stella nos recebeu muito bem, foi simpática e prestativa. A casa estava muito limpa e organizada. O espaço e aconchegante. O lugar é extraordinário, muito bonito, com natureza exuberante e uma vista maravilhosa. Stella recomendou lugares para visitar e restaurantes da região que gostamos muito. Somente elogios, nenhuma reclamação.

Great place close to cities like Pisa, Firenze, Lucca. We really enjoyed the paved garden area for breakfast and late night drinks

Benedetta was the perfect host! The location was perfect for us with a small park to exercise our dog and a fenced garden. There is a pastercceria a stone's throw which did excellent coffee too. We also made use of the local butcher who had some very appetising produce.

Wirklich sehr schöne Unterkunft und dickes Dankeschön an Camilla die sich um alles kümmert. Bei uns zum Beispiel um die Reservierung eine Tennisplatzes. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Our stay in Montebenichi was almost indescribable. Having been to Tuscany before, this time was pure magic. The flat is within the compound of a 12th century fortress village that is mostly inhabited by residents. Tommaso had stocked the kitchen with plenty of coffee, milk, water, juices, snacks and his grandmother's amazing Limoncello! The pool area has the most incredible view with an outdoor kitchen where Tommaso arranged for us to have a traditional Tuscan cooking class. He also made reservations for us at the village Michelin-rated restaurant that is just steps from the flat. One of our favorite things was hearing the wolves of Tuscany howl in the distance - no need to be afraid - it was pure magic. We saw very few tourists which made the experience even better. Moreover, Tommaso was THE BEST HOST we have ever had while staying at an Airbnb. His dedication to ensuring the perfect stay for us was truly a standout. We can not say enough good things about our stay!

Haus mit wunderbarer Aussicht. Die Anfahrt ist etwas abenteuerlich, aber das gehört bei so einem kleinen Bergdorf wohl dazu (ebenso wie die leckere örtliche Pizzeria). Haben die Unterkunft als Basis für Ausflüge in die ganze Toskana genutzt, man könnte aber alleine für die Landschaft mehrere Tage dort bleiben.

Das Häuschen von Francesca in Prato ist wahrlich ein Schmuckstück! So liebevoll eingerichtet, alles makellos und penibel sauber. Es war alles vorhanden und alles hat bestens funktioniert. Einziger Wermutstropfen war die fehlende Klimaanlage, da es in dieser Woche sehr heiß war. Francesca und ihr Mann sind eine extra Erwähnung wert: So zugewandte und aufmerksame Gastgeber haben wir noch nie kennen gelernt. Immer sofort erreichbar und immer einen Tip und eine Empfehlung zur Hand. Schon der Empfang war überaus liebevoll und schön. Wenn man bei 34° mit dem Motorrad ankommt und kaltes Wasser und ein Snack stehen bereit, was kann es besseres geben!!! Es war eine traumhafte Woche hier zu gast sein zu dürfen....ganz herzlichen Dank und selbstverständlich eine absolute Weiterempfehlung.

Akribisch renoviertes und liebevoll möbliertes altes Steinhaus mit 2 begrünten Terrassen am Rande eines Weilers, umgeben von Olivenhainen, völlig ruhig, keine weitere Infrastruktur. A/C mit Heizfunktion. Küche bestens ausgestattet (Geräte, Geschirr, Utensilien, Gewürze, Öl , Spüli etc.) Modernes Bad, ausreichend frische Handtücher. 2 Schlafzimmer (Durchgang) und Bad/WC im Obergeschoss, Wohnzimmer und Küche im 1. Stock. Im Untergeschoss separates kleines Appartement mit Bad/WC und Küche und Waschmaschine. Zur Begrüßung erwarteten uns Wein, Wasser und ein Frühstück. In Empoli (ca 10 min.) großes Einkaufszentrum, Geschäfte und Lokale. Wer antike Architektur und Möbel, Natur und Ruhe liebt wird sich wie wir sehr wohlfühlen! 🤩 Aufgrund mehrerer steiler Treppen für Kleinkinder und mobilitätseingeschränkte Personen nicht zu empfehlen. Het appartement is prachtig en rustig gelegen. Het is voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt en brandschoon. In de tuin is het heerlijk om te ontbijten of savonds te genieten van de stilte. Het oude stadje is op loopafstand. Mooie stadjes in de buurt om te bezoeken en natuurlijk het geweldige Toscaanse landschap. omdat het zo warm was zijn we een dagje naar het strand gegaan, wat een uurtje rijden is, dus goed te doen. Barbara en haar familie zijn vriendelijk en gastvrij. Aanrader!

Perfetto, ecco la versione aggiornata con il dettaglio sulla piscina e l’area BBQ: --- Io e la mia compagna abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole. La location è molto bella, curata nei dettagli e situata in una zona tranquilla ma comoda per spostarsi. L’appartamento era pulito, accogliente e rispecchiava pienamente le foto. Un grande plus per noi è stata la piscina privata e l’area attrezzata con barbecue, perfetta per rilassarsi e godersi le serate. L’host è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile e molto amichevole. Consigliatissimo, torneremmo volentieri!
