An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Paolina's house is located in Toscanella di Dozza in a small condominium with garden and private parking in a residential area at the foot of the hills. The 60 sqm apartment is on the ground floor and consists of a large living area with sofa bed, kitchen overlooking the garden, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Garden accessible by property guests, with a small swimming pool equipped with a whirlpool.

La Casetta is one of the two units to rent in Porcaticcio. Immersed in the woods, ideal for relaxation, outdoor sports, cultural and culinary tourism. A common swimming pool (8x4 m) was built in 2019 in the most panoramic and reserved point. Shower, deck chairs and towels available for guests. Porcaticcio is the residence of the sculptor Cornelis Rijken and his wife Gabriela, a yoga teacher.
