Immaculate views, especially if you're looking for isolation. Gorgeous pool, plenty of room, amazing balcony, wood burning fireplaces - what more could you ask for? I spent 3 weeks here and enjoyed every minute. Was an excellent retreat space, and would love to come back again

If you are looking for peace, nature and relaxation, you will find it here. There were three of us staying at the beautiful Molino Verde cottage (Apartment Ginestra) for a week and we enjoyed every moment. The apartment, the property, the garden in the olive grove and the fantastically clean and large pool are indescribably beautiful. Have visited places such as Spello, Bevagna, Montefalco, Assisi, Todi and Orvieto. Everything is easy to reach by car. Finally, there was always a refreshment in the pool. BBQ and washing machine are also available. We lacked nothing. Even in the olive oil there are cozy places with hammocks to relax. Thank you very much for the warm hospitality of Nicoletta and Fabiana, who were so sweet and accommodating. Also a very warm thank you to Saskia, who accompanied us from booking to saying goodbye. All the best, a presto family Roth Ps. Molino Verde's olive oil tastes excellent and we took stock for home right away.

Very nice farmhouse surrounded by nature. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and clean. Elena was responsive and super helpful. He also made us find the necessities for breakfast. The outdoor space is beautiful and at our complete disposal. Montefalco is a few minutes' drive away and all the surroundings are beautiful. We stayed with a two-year-old boy and found a crib and high chair in the apartment. We will definitely be back.

I spent a wonderful week in this exceptionally beautiful accommodation. The apartment is extremely clean, tastefully furnished, partly with valuable antiques. There is nothing missing: the kitchen is well equipped, towels and linens of excellent quality, perfect WiFi and two TVs (living area & bedroom). Very convenient: parking right in front of the entrance. Outside you can sit undisturbed in the shade or in the sun – ideal for relaxing. The cordiality of Laura and her family was overwhelming. They were always helpful, patient with my imperfect Italian, and we got along wonderfully. The location is ideal to explore Spoleto and many places in beautiful Umbria on day trips. I was very sad to have to leave again – my time there was so beautiful. I'd love to come back and highly recommend this place, even for longer stays. Thank you so much, dear Laura!

You enjoy staying in a small countryside house entirely for yourself, so you have great privacy and all you need inside. You like the terrace and the garden, and safe car parking at hand. Friendly approach of the owners. Calm and views, cats and dogs. Reasonable price.

We stayed in Mondrian house for the whole of April, and we loved every minute of it. At first we didn't know what to expect, only that the house is in a small village in Umbria. The house is big, very special and unique, built really as a picture of Mondrian, but very modern and well equipped. It has anything we possibly needed, and more, and its very comfortable. It took us a couple of days to get to know it well and then we fell in love with the house and the surroundings. It is built on the hills of Umbria, looking to the East you see the huge beautiful valley of Umbre and the tall mountains that separate Umbria from Marche. It is about half way between Assisi and Spoleto overlooking Montefalco and Trevi. Alessandra was great! helping with any need we have, anytime, through WhatsAp or zoom. We highly recommend the stay to anyone who loves peaceful of mind quite and nature, and not being afar from anything you need in the close villages.
