The house is situated on a 10-15 minute walk/ 2-minute drive from the beach, São Julião. A fifteen-minute drive from Ericeira and half an hour away from Lisbon Airport. A perfect getaway for families and friends who would like to avoid crowded Ericeira. The house is situated to the south, so when the sun shines, it is nice and hot.
