Best Airbnb! Our hosts were fantastic! Paulo's house is absolutely wonderful and off the beaten track. A true haven of peace, surrounded by nature, tastefully decorated, far from city noise. Paulo is the perfect host: always available to help, attentive, very attentive, and very kind. You immediately feel welcome, like at home! We loved our experience and are leaving with beautiful memories. Thanks again Paulo for your exceptional hospitality — we'll be happy to go back!

Bruno and Rita we're wonderful hosts and the Airbnb was charming, spacious, clean, and very close to the beach. It was exactly what we were looking for. And you can see the ocean from multiple rooms which really makes a beach vacation compete.

Lovely stay, even lovelier host. Super friendly and responsive, and even sent a list of local recommendations for everything one could possibly need during a holiday. Would love to come back as it was such a special home and held spectacular views. Gorgeous vibes 🫶🏻🙏🏻

We had a wonderful stay! Just a short summary of pros and cons: + Antonio and Maria were great hosts - communication and help was excellent when needed. They brought fresh bread every morning which means less driving to the next town as a guest - fantastic! The house has an amazing view. which is almost unbeatable. The neighborhood is calm with no hotels/noise. - Compared to the fotos it was a bit smaller and older/with signs of normal use than we expected, but of course its sometimes difficult to tell by pictures. Since its southern Europe, be prepared for some insects (has nothing to do with the accommodation but might be helpful to know) - but Antonio and Maria had us prepared with some mosquito repellents and insecticide sprays. The lower bathroom has a strange smell when the drain hasn't been used regulary - but Antonio offered help immediately after we wold him and eventually it improved . All in all a great stay just with some small hints you should know - thank you again!

We had a gorgeous stay here with our toddler. The house had everything we needed for traveling with a child and was complete with toys, beach going needs like towels, umbrellas, and beach toys, as well as a crib and high chair. We borrowed their bikes and explored town and loved visiting the gelato place that’s around the corner. At night, we listened to the frogs in the rice paddies behind the house and loved watching the bird life during the day. Getting to the beach was quick and easy and we spent two days there. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We hosted an intimate wedding at the Quinta and everyone loved it. It has nice views morning and night. The quinta is big to have some family stay over with us. Antonio is very responsive whenever we need help aswell. A little bit hard to find on google maps or uber/bolt, but you just need to be clear on instructions for guests coming. Sintra town is very closeby too, lots of parking space if you have car 😊

This location was a hidden gem. The view is unmatched and the infinity pool was a bonus. It felt like a dream. Annemie was very welcoming and we loved the friendly cat! It definitely felt like our second home and I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for their perfect getaway under the sun.

If you want a real local Sintra experience then this is your place. Charming house with a lot of character, charm and history. We were a group of 6 and cooked in for dinner 2 of the three nights. Very close to town center for walking. It’s a very hilly town so if you like walking it’s great for you. Maria could not have been nicer.

Very nice accommodation with beautiful views. Had a super nice weekend with friends! Everything within walking distance and the apartment was clean.

Million Dollar view. Very well and tastefully decorated with all everything needed. We were 4 but more guests could easily be accommodated. A car to get to the center of Sesimbra, the beaches and other nearby attractions is recommended. The dedicated parking space right in the center of Sesimbra is a definite plus. Having said that, Bolt and Uber also worked quite well even late at night coming back from Lisbon. Rides are relatively affordable. The communication with the host was flawless! Great stay!

Paula’s place was very well equipped and in an excellent location. Great kitchen with everything you needed and a very comfy bed. Highly recommend this apartment and Ana Paula was a great host.

beautiful, spacious apartment in great location. added bonus of an outside terrace to relax after a busy day. very close to train station where hop on/off buses and tuk tuks will take you to all the sights. trains make it a little noisy, but worth it for the location. plenty cafes and restaurants around

We had an amazing 4-night stay in this beautiful apartment! From the moment we booked, the host was extremely responsive and helpful—quick to answer any questions and even allowed us to check in early, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. The apartment itself is stunning, with gorgeous decorations that make it feel both stylish and comfortable. It’s located in an incredible neighborhood right in the heart of Alfama—perfect for exploring on foot. We loved all the food, drink, and shopping recommendations provided; every place we tried was fantastic. Overall, it was a perfect home base for our trip. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay in Sintra! Nice location, walkable, peaceful and great restaurants nearby. Easy walk to city center. Near train station. Gracious host!

Very spacious and quiet , with stunning views! You feel at home right away. There is a small cafe/bakery just next door and we found it easy to walk (if you didn't want to drive) into town along the coastline which was beautiful! The Ribeira beach is very close and you can basically check the wave status from your bedroom. It was very windy when we were there, so it was difficult to sit on the patio, but the back patio is enclosed with a small table, great place to have breakfast and look at the ocean and country side. Highly recommend!

Luis & Beatriz are amazing hosts. The home was beautiful and so quiet and peaceful. The grounds were AMAZING and peaceful. We truly enjoyed our time there and will look forward to returning in the future. We highly recommend this property for those visiting the Terrugem/Sintra area. The Oak Cafe was wonderful for brunch and you must have dinner at least 1 night at Azenhas do Mar, for the food and views as well as Mercado Saloio located in Sintra for the nightly music and delicious food and good service. The spa in Cascais is amazing as well. All recommendations of Luis & Beatriz Other places we found were the Marina and shops in Cascais as well as a wonderful little eatery for brunch/ lunch called Mugs Brunch and Cafe in Pedregal. Amazing views and delicious food. Thanks Luis & Beatriz for making our first trip to Portugal amazing. Looking forward to returning.

The photos do not do the size or beauty of this home justice! I have stayed at a lot of Airbnbs and there is not one that I would rank more highly than Francisco’s. Clean and practical but with old charm the home welcomes you immediately upon entering. The views are stunning, location convenient, the kitchen well equipped and the pool relaxing. It is the perfect space to unwind and spend quality time with friends or family. I would highly recommend!

Loved our stay! Beautiful villa with all we needed. Great garden and pool with shady areas for the hot weather. Short drive from great beaches and all Lisbon has to offer

We had the most amazing stay at this villa! We were a group of 16 friends and the space was absolutely perfect for us—spacious, super clean, and really well-maintained. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short taxi to beautiful beaches and some great beach bars. 20 mins to the centre of Lisbon. What made our stay even more special was the host. So friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our trip. Star went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and connected us with the loveliest Chef to cook for us one evening. Highly recommend this place for large groups looking for a sunny getaway. We’d definitely come back! 🌞🏖️

What a nice relaxing week we had couldn’t of been better great place

This place was perfect for what we were looking for. We needed somewhere that could accommodate 9 of us, 6 adults and 3 children under 3. The house itself was beautiful, very tidy and had so much space. The hosts Ana and Nuno had thought of the children and provided us with cots, high chairs, children’s dinnerware, and even things for the children to play with. The swimming pool was gated off as described. The location felt really private and quiet, with beautiful views of the sea. We were able to walk down to the local shops and beach of Praia das Maçãs, so we didn’t need to hire a car. Ana was so friendly and helpful before and during our stay. We had such a lovely time here, and would love to come back one day.

Elsa is a great Host, just like her incredible villa. From the booking, through the arrival to our departure, we were accompanied with kindness and benevolence throughout this experience. The house is ideal for hosting a large family, or groups. We had an extraordinary stay, in complete privacy, in this spacious and comfortable place.
