A beautiful traditional village home. Incredible views of the surrounding mountains. A fantastic base if your are a walker looking to explore this region. Very quiet at night. Had a great nights sleep.

We, two adults and three children, had a wonderful time in this beautiful penthouse. Although the weather was not on our side, we made some lovely trips to neighbouring villages and Genoa. The beach is almost on the doorstep and is clean. The area is perhaps a little too quiet for teenagers, but that was also due to the weather.

Sandra was available, kind, and even had us find two bus tickets... with a lot of explanation, in short, a very helpful person... the apartment simply wonderful, very clean, pleasant... a wonderful stay... Thank you Sandra for your hospitality

Great apartment in the heart of La Spezia! Easily walkable to everything — the train station, ferries, museums, restaurants and shops. The washer/dryer was essential in allowing us to pack light on our 2 week Italian adventure. If I’m ever lucky enough to be back in the area, would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Stunning terrace view of the city and waterfront below, truly beautiful. The host met us at the train station and walked us to the place, we would not have found it otherwise. Recommend using the luggage service available, as the slope was a bit difficult for 65 year olds to manage our luggage. You must eat at the restaurant "Old School Cocktails and Food", just 20 meters from our entrance. We cancelled dining experiences elsewhere for this hometown and delicious Italian food/fellowship. The host was very responsive to a few minor issues, thank you Carolina for the wonderful stay!

Very nice accommodation and in a very central location, perfect for visiting the city on foot. The interior is clean, tidy and welcoming, with everything you need for a longer stay (unfortunately we only stayed a few days). The area is full of clubs, restaurants, and very convenient for those who want to get around by train or bus. Our host was always helpful and kind. The only small aspect to take into account is the night noise, but it is completely normal if you choose such a lively and central area. In general, a super positive experience, highly recommended!

Elana and her daughter were very helpful and very accommodating to all of our needs. Her daughter met us and showed us around with helpful tips about the place and the location. She told us all we needed to be comfortable and take advantage of our stay. Check out was as seamless and flexible. The place was very quaint and clean. Beautiful beach and location. Need to bring groceries or a car as not much within walking distance. Expensive area - beach clubs and restaurants but worth the treat

Very nicely located accommodation on the hills on the outskirts of Genoa. The view down towards the sea is wonderful and the great garden with sea views invites you to linger. The accommodation has everything you need for a stay, the kitchen is very well equipped and there is also a washing machine and dryer. The property is easily accessible by public transport, but you always have to ride at least 30-45 minutes by bus to reach Genoa. Shops are also a bit away. All in all, we recommend the place for sure.

We loved our stay! The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Alba & Morgan left a wonderful welcome treat for us and made it so easy to check in. The house was exactly as described and had everything we need. We loved that the house had two balconies. The three bedroom areas worked great for us (two bedrooms and a nice bed in a common area). The location was great. We misread the instructions on how to get there and went the wrong way (be sure to go *through* the tunnel, not past the tunnel). We hiked from Monterosso to Vernazza, visited all five towns, and loved our time in Cinque Terre.

This is a gem of a place. The name says “Tiny” but it is not tiny at all. It’s very spacious! Good location, close to nice beaches. Large supermarket close by. Very quiet compound. Inside was cool despite blistering heat outside. Fantastic amenities. Everything we needed and more. Will come again and will recommend others ;)

We had a wonderful time at the Olive Press Lodge - unfortunately too short. The property is so beautiful and lovingly maintained, we were happy to come "home" every evening. We were received very kindly and openly by Thomas and he always had an open ear in the days that followed, had valuable tips and was helpful - in a pleasant, unobtrusive way. We appreciated that they lived next door, we felt at home and welcome. The house itself has everything you need, you can immediately feel comfortable and at home. We also had rainy days and enjoyed that it is so spacious and so cozy inside. The olive groves around it and the beautiful garden, which, like everything, is lovingly designed and maintained down to the last detail, complete the whole thing wonderfully. For us, it was all around perfect and I highly recommend this wonderful place to everyone! Thanks for the wonderful time!

We had a great stay at this tastefully designed place. We would like to emphasize the truly impeccable cleanliness! Gabriele is a very dedicated host! He sweetened our stay with small but fine touches (jam, tea, shower gel, a nice bouquet of flowers) and made sure several times proactively that everything was to our complete satisfaction! We can fully recommend this place!!!

What can I say, a unique experience because the accommodation is located within a beautiful medieval village... not to mention the impeccable service from the cleanliness and modern furnishings of the accommodation, to the service of the very kind host. Upon arrival, we found his mother, who was very nice and kind, and also advised us on what to do. Very quiet area, you can also take beautiful excursions in the middle of nature and a few kilometers away to visit the Cinque Terre.

The house is really beautiful, with attention to detail and with a unique style that makes it memorable. Joke, who takes care of the check-in, was very kind and helpful, although the process was a little long and requires a little patience. The rooms are a little dark, and there is an area that looks more like a storage room than a well-integrated space with the rest of the place — a small disconnect in an otherwise well-kept context. Other than that, everything is wonderful: cozy environments, relaxing atmosphere and great attention to detail. The price is high, in line with the average area, considering the style and quality of the experience.

Amazing stay at Sestri Levante. Perfect location and setting for a romantic trip

We had such a wonderful stay in this beautiful Italian apartment. Giovanna has created such a calm, peaceful space — it felt like a true retreat. The location was absolutely perfect. Being right by the train station actually turned out to be super convenient, and we didn’t find the noise an issue at all — we were either out exploring or relaxing and having fun! The wifi was a bit temperamental, even after the classic turn-it-off-and-on-again trick, but honestly, it didn’t bother us — we were too busy enjoying everything else. There’s a fantastic supermarket nearby with fresh produce, a lovely deli counter, and delicious baked goods. Plus, so many great restaurants and a really friendly, welcoming neighbourhood vibe. And the walk through the tunnel to Levanto… such a special treat! We absolutely loved Bonassola, and loved staying at Giovanna’s place. Highly recommend! x

Everything was perfect! Everything was prepared for our two little kids. Thank you so much! Only the fact that we couldn‘t enter the door with our twin stroller was a bit annoying as it was a smaller door than expected. But no one‘s fault. We loved the flat! Again thank you very much! We love to come back with a smaller stroller! :)

Great apartment with great location and cozy roof terrace. The kitchen is super equipped. The elevator was helpful (5th floor apartment) and we were lucky to have found a free parking spot just down the street. Communication with the host was excellent. The awning on the roof terrace didn't work, so someone was quickly sent to look at the issue. Overall a great experience!
