The sea at home

"IL MARE IN CASA" apartment is located in Riomaggiore's marina, its a former fisher's household with a wonderful terrace just above the sea, the view is incredible. Very close to shops, cafes and restaurants, but also to the train station and next to the ferry station. The apartment is equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, Air conditioning, ceiling fan, microwave, hairdryer, NESPRESSO coffee machine, and much more. All the products are tested and the environment is regularly sanitized.

It offers all amenities: high speed wifi, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, a bedroom (160x200 cm double bed), a double sofa bed (140x200 cm) in the living room + garden. View over the surrounding mountains. (1 pet allowed - extra fee Eur 25 p/stay). The flat can only be reached on foot. Public parking is 100 mts away. Carro can be reached only by car, as busses from Sestri are very limitedl!

Next to the house passes path 501 that leads directly to the 5 lands through the woods that fill the valley. The beach, center, restaurants, station, and ferries are within walking distance. A unique place to spend mornings drinking coffee and evenings sipping local wine, admiring the sunrise and sunset in the front row!🌅🍷 *If there are more than 2 of you, we recommend the apartment for families! There is little privacy.

The Fox's Lair

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.
