La Piccola Latteria è un edificio completamente autonomo. Dispone di un piccolo soggiorno, angolo cottura con 2 piastre, frigo e forno a microonde, un bagno interno ed al piano superiore una camera da letto con due letti singoli. Ha il riscaldamento autonomo, acqua calda e tutti gli attrezzi da cucina. Era un piccolo caseificio dal XVIII secolo a 30 anni fa ed è tutto in pietra locale, ristrutturato filologicamente. Between Venice and the Dolomites, the hills of Conegliano-Valdobbiadene are a must-see, a Unesco World Heritage Site. Supermarket and pharmacy are literally on the doorstep. Historical centre, train and bus station are a 1-minute walk away. Access is SIMPLE and in total autonomy. We are waiting for you!

Cottage in the Prosecco hills

The cottage is made up of an independent unit set in the Prosecco DOCG vineyards which, together with the chestnut woods, cover the surrounding hills. From here, lulled by the sound of the wind and the chirping of birds, guests can view the village of Rolle, with its bells that have traditionally cadenced the work in the fields, the surrounding hills and Mount Cesen. The small, old house was once the residence and workshop of artisans who made the famous local "olle", namely earthenware pots.

Nice apartment with air conditioning, washing machine and some outside space. 100 metres from a bus stop and a shop selling fresh fruit and vegetables and everyday groceries. If you are interested in local food and wines, we can give you some advice on nearby shops and farms. Larger supermarket open 7/7 less than 10 mins away (on foot). The town's castle (on the Prosecco Hills) is a 20 mins walk away. We live close by, we speak Italian but out sons help us welcome foreign guests.

In the sleeping area we have a double bedroom with closet and dresser, private bathroom with shower, a second bedroom with a double bed, the third bedroom used as a studio has a double sofa bed and a wall-mounted closet. In this area we also find a bathroom with shower and a laundry room. The apartment is completed by two parking spaces, one outside and one closed. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning.

L'appartamento può ospitare due adulti e un bambino sotto i 5 anni. Grande giardino con tavoli panche e sdraio. Si coltiva uva da Prosecco e frutta. C'è un grande bosco, la fattoria didattica con galline, un asino, due gatti e due simpatici cagnolini.
