Mariano’s place was perfect for my wife and I. We both work at home and love kiteboarding. His place was super clean, extremely comfortable and private. The internet was great and we worked and played. Easily walk to the kite beach and let it rip. Amazing stay, looking forward to staying here on our next visit.

The apartment and complex was very nice. We loved how close it was to a very clean beach. About 15min by uber to Old San Juan and about 10 minutes to SJU. Luis was quick to respond to my messages. And the apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The furniture was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was great. The area wasn’t very touristy, but it felt safe. I would definitely recommend.

A beautiful apartment with a breathtaking view. I felt so relaxed with all of the natural light that enters the space and enjoyed hanging out on the balcony and looking over the ocean. The hosts were friendly and quickly responsive to any questions that I had. I'd recommend this place to anyone and would stay again myself when back in the area!

We had a great stay in this bnb! The unit was super clean, and looked even better than the pictures. Comes with everything you could ever need, beach chairs, towels, even a Brita filter in the fridge! Will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice calm place that’s easily accessible to old San Juan :)

I am very picky and I can say this is the cleanest Airbnb we have stayed in. Definitely going to be staying here again and would highly recommend. When we arrive the ACs were on so the apartment was nice and cool hot water was amazing, very comfortable bed and no exterior noises. The host is very, very, very responsive if we had a questions.

Ana was amazing. She was super responsive and very helpful throughout the whole trip. We came to celebrate my boyfriends birthday, and she even had the place decorated for us upon arrival with champagne and balloons! The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. She gave very clear check in and check out instructions and the whole process was a breeze. I would definitely book with her again! 10 out of 10 would recommend her to anyone!

Brenda’s place was amazing! Neighbors were so nice and helpful. Place was very clean she allowed us to drop off our luggage & roam before she finished our room. Absolutely responsive and very polite. Will be coming back !

Amazing stay!! The view is gorgeous, and it was such a luxury to be able to walk downstairs, out the door, down the stairs straight into the ocean. The tide goes up and down but always easy to access the beach from the back. The little patio grilling sitting area by the water was so cute also. The apartment itself was filled with the cutest personal touches, the bed was comfy, the AC was very strong, and the WiFi worked very well. The area felt very safe as a female solo traveler and I was very happy with this stay.

Wonderful, my girls love the pool. Everything was clean. I will definitely recommend it. Daniel’s is awonderful person. The place was spotless. Love the neighborhood nice and quiet. You can relax after a long day definitely coming back thank you so much. It was a pleasure and it was worth it to. Anybody needs a place to stay 100% choose this one you will love it.

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. We spent a week here with our family of 7, and this was hands down our favorite Airbnb yet! Christie’s communication and instructions were top-notch from start to finish. The photos and amenities were exactly as described—no surprises, just pure comfort. We had a blast exploring everything the island had to offer, but also truly enjoyed our relaxing days by the pool. I highly recommend this property—trust me, you won’t be disappointed!

We travelled with 6 kids and 6 adults.There was more than enough room in this big beautiful home and scenic surroundings.The views were picturesque and it is centrally located.The pool was a wonderful beginning and end to each day.Having the game room, tvs and large table to eat at was perfect as well as massive manicured yard for the kids to enjoy.Luis went above and beyond to help us as well when we went to El Yunque and our 2 year old had a seizure.We had never experienced this and he conference called us with his kids pediatrician.Unfortunately, my family had already went to the closest, worst hospital, who gave us an incorrect diagnosis and wanted to admit her for 3-4 days and Luis encouraged us in telling us to leave and take her to the pediatric hospital in San Juan.Once we "escaped" that hospital and arrived in San Juan's Pediatric Medico, they assessed her, gave us antibiotic and discharged her.We would absolutely stay at the house IF we ever return to PR.We would give 10+++++

Our experience at Carmen’s property was like no other. The home exceeded our expectations and provided the perfect setup for our family. Plenty of space to spread out so we never felt crowded, and the layout made it easy to walk outside each morning and take in the gorgeous views. We will miss sitting in the unique pool and gathering on the porches listening to the jungle sounds at night. Carmen is the very definition of a Superhost - thoughtful, responsive, and truly dedicated to making her guests' stay exceptional. She personally met with us when we arrived to show us all the amenities of the house and had local snacks ready to start us off. Her restaurant recommendations were also appreciated. We all agreed that we couldn’t have asked for a better experience, and absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and spacious retreat.

This place was amazing for 3 of us we stay there for 5 nights and it was a great stay we enjoy the easy access to the house and the easy way to located erick was great he was very responsive and always check on us to make sure we were doing well The place was definitely well clean and i located not to far away from located activities and food place i will definitely come back in the future ! Also the back yard is co nice !

My cousin and I stayed here for my birthday vacation and we absolutely loved it. Sandy is an amazing host and was very understanding to any needs we had. I’d definitely stay at this residence during my next trip to San Juan. Highly recommend.

The apartment was a great base location for all of our day trips. This was a relaxing landing spot for us to chill on the balcony, sit by the pool or walk on the beach. The space was big enough to allow the teens an opportunity to avoid adults for a while but also gather in the common area. The apartment was modern and very nice. Provided beach chairs were very much appreciated. We would definitely stay in this apartment again and would recommend it to others.

Javier’s place was a 10/10! This is my 4th time I’ve been to San Juan in the past three months and this place beat every other place I have stayed at in my previous trips. The place looks exactly like the pictures listed. The place was clean. The location was great since La Placita is there as soon as you step out of the building. Like almost review mentions it does get a little loud during the evening but the window block it out and most of the time it’s an enjoyable vibe. The wrap around balcony is great and the views are amazing. Definitely recommend if you want to stay somewhere near La Placita, where everything is close by, and Ubers are very inexpensive.

This is a fantastic condo with at a great location with everything you may need and it’s near Viejo San Juan and Condado. The Host Angel is very accommodating and responsive, I would stay here again.

Mandy was very responsive; she helped with our dates and answered our questions quickly. This place is adorable and has beautiful views. Convenient to multiple areas.

Mari’s place was perfect for my long weekend getaway! It is literally steps from the beach and the view of the ocean from the bedroom and balcony is beautiful to wake up to. There was a good supply of towels and beach towels which was really nice! Mari also provided great recommendations for local restaurants and helpful info about checking in and the area in general. The apartment was also clean and tidy, perfect for 1-2 people. Thanks Mari!

The building itself is old but don’t let that fool you since the apartment is very up to date and modernized! everything was well maintained and cleaned when I got there, the only problem I had was with the bathroom door that didn’t close properly but other than that my stay there was fine! He provided beach towels and chairs for the beach as well as sun screen. If you forgot some basic needs he most likely had them in the Airbnb, I thought that was pretty neat. Will definitely book again!

What a wonderful location. Daniel was very communicative, making the whole process of checking in very easy. This spot was centrally located with a supermarket only feet away. It also was directly on the beach which was extremely convenient and made the views even better. Very short ride from the airport, and not far from places like Old San Juan. The place was very clean and he even left water bottles in the fridge in case we were thirsty upon landing! 10/10 experience and would be happy to book again.
