City & Ocean View Retreat, Steps from the Beach

Our humble 300 square feet condo is located in an older building with probably the best location in Isla Verde. Steps from the beach and a supermarket right in front you won't get anything more convenient. A few minutes from the airport and with lots of restaurants and night scene at walking distance we know you will love Isla Verde! Our condo is in mint condition but as mentioned the building is old and rough around the edges. Add to that the hit of hurricane Maria, the building image suffered quite a bit. This is not the Hilton! If you are looking for an impecable building full of amenities then this is NOT the place for you, now if you are looking for a great remodeled condo in front of the beach with an amazing location and parking then look no further.

Best Beach Location in Isla Verde!

With a functional and fresh feeling decor, this fully equipped apartment is an excellent option for beach lovers seeking a romantic or relaxing get-away. The apartment has a side ocean view from the balcony but, the building is ocean front property. All you need to do is open the rear gate and step right onto the beach you see in the picture.
