Monthly Rentals in Carnock

Linda and Ron made us feel very welcome and so helpful. We appreciated very much their kindness and patience with us having pets and in between homes, which was stressful, but having the homely feel of Linda and Ron's Annex helped tremendously. They gave us the space we needed but lovely to know they were close by and so accommodating. Can't recommend enough. Views from tbe Annex are stunning and everything you need is provided for. Ideal location for a break away. The flat, located in a quiet street, is spacious and comfortable. Just a short walk into the City with multiple restaurants, shops and bars, plus of course the stunning Abbey and its grounds. Live Music venues visited included PJ Molloys, Alhambra Theatre, etc. The small garden at the rear was an absolute delight and felt so peaceful with just the sound of birds tweeting in the evening. Bliss! The kitchen was very well equipped with all modern conveniences, including a full oven and hob, as well as a washing machine, digital kettle, and microwave. All stylish too. We loved staying there, and would very much like to return in future.

Loved my stay, felt right at home straight away. Excellent hosts, very friendly, and pointed me in the right directions to make sure I got the most out of the local area. Culross is a very beautiful village full of historical character, close to Edinburgh, and gorgeous mountainous countryside. Great for anyone who enjoys the outdoors. The fresh eggs from the hens in the garden were a much enjoyed treat.

We thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in Pascale's cozy country cottage in Saline, within easy driving proximity to Dunfermline and other communities in Fife. Pascale is a wonderful host, always responsive and genuinely concerned about her guest's comfort. We found the cottage to be very well-equipped for our longer-term rental, and we especially appreciated the ability to do our laundry with the added convenience of a tumble-dryer (a rarity in the UK). The country location was peaceful and yet within easy driving distance to the coastal villages and to exceptional transport links (by both bus and train) to the larger centres of Edinburgh and beyond. Highly recommended!
