Stayed here for two nights while we explored Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mountains NPs! Spacious, comfortable, the shower and bed were both top-tier…probably one of the best airbnb beds ever, in fact. We chilled in the living room watching tv and were able to do laundry which was a huge plus.

Sage Cottage: Cozy & Serene/ Sleeps 6 / Huge Yard!

Sage Cottage is a quaint home conveniently located on one of the main roads through town. Easy access to everything Carlsbad has to offer, but private and serene with a huge yard. Beds for 6 guests ( queen, full, 2 twins) in 3 bedrooms w AC plus complete kitchen, dining space, and spacious yet cozy living room. Two bathrooms (although the upstairs one is mostly for children due to its small size). Plenty of off-street parking, easy keypad check in, and local co-host keep your stay worry-free.

Yellow Brick home! huge yard! beautiful home

This home has wood floors. 1200sf. Front porch with seating overlooking flowers and fruit trees. Huge fenced-in back yard with 2 large trees and a fire pit with seating and a grill. Wine fridge. 2-car covered parking. Quiet neighborhood. Some board & video games for the kids. My husband and I are people that love life and people. We have put so much love into this home, I'm sure you will be comfortable! Also suitable for the fur babies!Check out the Blue binder for rules & points of interest!

The Little Farmhouse

Welcome to The Little Farmhouse. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. This guesthouse shares one acre with the main house. There is ample parking for multiple vehicles and/or trailer parking. Pets are welcome. Home has forced air heating & cooling and is built within the workshop (guests will not have access and are not permitted to enter the workshop). The sunsets are beautiful with unobstructed views when you're out in front of the main house. Only 25 minutes to the caverns.

Caverns vacation! sleeps4 pet friendly!

My favorite thing about this home is the patio aera it's very private and beautiful place to unwind after a long day! Check out the Blue binder for rules points of interest! Also local food suggestions! this home is by a busy road. the traffic is extremely light at night. if you do need silence to go to sleep I may not recommend this place. although I don't think most ppl would have any issues sleeping here. we put alot of love and care we want everyone to enjoy there time in Carlsbad!

Jenn’s place was the perfect AirBnB for our visit to Carlsbad. Beautiful and spacious. The photos really do not do justice to this lovely property and we couldn’t have asked for anything more from the amazing kitchen to the wonderfully comfortable beds to the fabulous jacuzzi. Check-in was a breeze. Highly recommend!

we really enjoyed our stay at this home. we were traveling with 5 kids, from the ages 5 months to 17 years old. it was cheaper than renting a hotel and wayyyyy nicer. the tub is amazing and the location was right in the middle of town. we would definitely come back to stay if we needed to come to carlsbad again.
