The property is surrounded by forest and is a 2 minute walk to our private river waterfront, that is shared with our other two rental cabins. The house includes a bright sunroom to lounge in, and a fire pit to enjoy while viewing the starry skies at night. Enjoy beautiful winter walks both during the day or by moon and star light at night. The lot is flat and is perfect for all ages. Fish right off the dock, relax in a chair, swim in the water or even visit the surrounding area. Negeek Lake gives you access to 90km of navigable water. Includes an indoor wood stove, an outdoor fire pit with wood, satellite TV, gas BBQ, a canoe and a kayak.
