Absolutely loved our stay here. Pictures do not do this place justice, easily one of the nicest if not the nicest AirBnb I’ve ever stayed in. Great amenities for 4 adults and a big big hot tub! It was so peaceful being able to look out of the windows / decking and watch the wildlife too. Can’t wait to revisit, thankyou!

Perfect stay in every way. Every aspect of the cabin was thought out and looked wonderful - very Instigrammable, if that's your thing. High tech kitchen with everything you'd ever need. Herbs, spices provided along with a goody box of snacks. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. A restaurant in walkable distance and lots of eating options 20mins drive in Carlisle. Could not fault anything about it. Will definitely be back. Thank you!

Absolutely amazing stay here, just what we needed to get away from city life, scenery was beautiful, hot tub was amazing, very clean, we just loved every second of it, we didn't want to come home! Thank you Catherine for having the prosecco and banners up for us on arrival , it was a lovely suprise for my partners birthday. We will definitely be back!

We had an amazing trip it’s a beautiful caravan in a very beautiful place, it’s everything you need!!

Can’t recommend enough! David was soo lovely to talk to literally made us feel at home, very comfortable! I would 100% be coming back in the summer to experience the better weather! The pod was so cosy and lovely I actually wanted to move in there haha! It was amazing !!!!! Thank you so much for having us

This was the perfect place for us to stay! A perfect cosy space for a couple! Inside was cosy, outside was gorgeous, even had a swing and a jacuzzi which was perfect after a day out hiking. A safe and cosy area, would recommend and definitely coming back!!

Myself and my partner stayed for one night - Alan gave great instructions on how to find it and we felt very comfortable and happy with our stay! The hot tub was lovely and hot when we arrived and the whole experience was peaceful and relaxing. Would definitely visit again :)

Amazing spot with stunning views, and really friendly and welcoming hosts

We came and stayed for the weekend as I was competing in the Fred Whitton cycling event, after the event we decided we would like a couple more days to rest, Chris extended our stay upon asking with no issues. Very helpful, very friendly. Perfect 🤩

Helen kindly upgraded us to their larger accommodation as it was empty and we were cycling the C2C and it had been a cold and drizzly day so she took pity on us! Helen was very helpful letting us know the best places to pick up food en route and even offered to pick up some heavy stuff for us during her shop. Thank you Helen for being so thoughtful!

The accommodation was cosy and pleasant, perfect for a group of 4 adults and 2 kids. We loved the field at the back of the lodge and the sheep. Would have been great if we could have checked in from 2pm or have a later check out. Thank you for hosting us, it’s a place that I’ll def recommend to my friends.

Caravan was immaculate and had everything you needed. Was really homely and cosy. Nice short walk into town which had lovely dog friendly places to eat and drink. The hill going up to the caravan was very slippy as it had been raining, i had slipped on wet moss going out one morning so just to warn people to be mindful of this. Would definately return as we had a lovely stay.

felt really comfortable and welcomed, the place was peaceful and clean, did have to walk along a main road to walk into town but other than that it was lovely! really enjoyed our stay would love to come back! X

This was a beautiful lodge tucked away off the beaten track and the lodge was really beautiful with all of the facilities we loved it and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. My stand out feature was the walk into Keswick on an evening along the mineral track, which I was happy we brought torches as it was pitch black. A truly fantastic break from home thank you Emma.

We had the best time, Alice was super accommodating having the hot tub ready to use when we arrived (and keeping it hot for us while we were out all day). Loved the location on the farm, so nice to escape the busyness of the more popular tourist spots in the area. We messed up a little bit coming straight from our wedding - bringing huge suitcases and various bags/boxes from the day that we couldn’t fit in the pods (thankfully it could all live in our car boot for a couple days). I would definitely recommend packing light - and dropping stuff off at home first if staying for a mini-moon/honeymoon. Thanks again, for an amazing stay. We’ll be back I’m sure!

Lovely stay, the site was quiet, really well kept and amazing views. The cabin was just as described, perfect for what we needed and great location.

5 stars – A little gem in Greystoke We had such a brilliant stay at this amazing little hut in Greystoke. It’s beautifully built, clearly a real labour of love and feels warm and thoughtfully designed. The setting is peaceful and really picturesque, with green fields all around and lovely views. It’s a perfect spot for a quiet break, and our dogs absolutely loved it too. The hut had everything we needed, and we were really impressed with how much had been thought of inside such a compact space. The host was fantastic friendly, welcoming, and clearly cares about making sure guests have a great experience. You can tell how much work and care has gone into creating the space. Couldn’t recommend it more highly ☺️

We had a fantastic time at Garthside this weekend. It was perfect - lovely clean accommodation with everything we needed and more. The views are lovely but the best thing is the wood fired hot tub which was the highlight of the weekend. We spent many hours in it and the novelty of the wood burner made it fun to use. We made use of the fire pit and the on-site logs and charcoal for a BBQ. For anyone visiting the area, I’d recommend the Howard Arms in Brampton which is lovely for drinks in the courtyard garden and the food menu looks good (even though we didn’t eat out this time round). The Star Anise Indian takeaway was fantastic and they delivered to Garthside and rang us once they had parked in the car park. I’d recommend a 10 minute drive to Talkin’ Tarn too. A lovely natural lake that we rented a rowing boat on, which was only £12 for half an hour. Really fun. Thanks again for the lovely stay at Garthside and we’re looking forward to returning in the future.

We had a very relaxing night at Jo and Dan place. On arrival we met Jo and Dan and they were very helpful in giving us directions to the local shops. We would love to stay again should we return to the UK. Joanne and Allan from Australia

An amazing place with the most fantastic views and so very peaceful. It was the perfect place to head out to climb Scafell from as the hot tub was a welcome luxury after the day. We will be staying again.

Wonderful stay at Badger’s Way. We had a delightful four nights at the lodge. It was perfect for our needs and has great access to the fells directly from the site. I did a lovely seven Wainwright fell run directly from behind the pub. We didn’t see the badgers but that’s fine but we know they were there as the peanut butter sandwiches vanished every night. Highly recommended to all. Perfect lodge
