Habitable all year round, the chalet is COOL in summer and enveloped by the HEAT of the wood-burning stove in the colder seasons. The chalet can be reached by an old mule track.

Discover yourself in the heart of Malcesine, a medieval town, in the absolute silence of the Casa dei Merli, a bright and well-kept residence surrounded by greenery with the possibility of taking a bath just a minute from home. It is an old house that is usually cool and not suitable for people accustomed to air conditioning.

The chalet Maroc Mountain, which is situated in Carisolo, overlooks the nearby mountain. The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This chalet offers a private outdoor space featuring a garden and a covered terrace.

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.
