The apartment (26m²) on the 3rd floor with a cozy balcony and a direct view of Lake Wörthersee/Pyramidenkogel is located between Pörtschach and Velden and directly on the cycle path that leads around Lake Wörthersee. It offers easy accessibility by car, bus and train (approx. 100m). The grocery store (approx. 20m) is open daily in summer. The garden loft is located in the center of Murau, directly on the Murpromenade. On 2 floors (approx. 80 qm) it offers a spacious living, dining and 2 sleeping areas. Short driving times to the Carinthian ski resorts: Gerlitzen 20 minutes; Bad Kleinkirchheim 25 minutes; Turracherhöhe 35 minutes and to Lake Wörthersee and Lake Ossiach each 15 minutes.
