This apartment is located on the 2nd floor / elevator. It has a bedroom with a vanity. Shower & toilet can be reached from the small anteroom. The balcony room has seating for 4 people, a kitchenette and also 2 single beds. The balcony is on the sunny side and you have a wonderful view of the Modriacher Kircherl! Each room is equipped with a small refrigerator. At the hotel entrance there is now a vending machine called Seppl which is ready for you around the clock with chilled drinks, snacks, tobacco products and much more. Safe, shower, hairdryer, satellite flat TV radio Our bed linen is ironed cotton and also suitable for allergy sufferers.

Parking by the house. The apartment is two-story. In the attic there are two bedrooms on the ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet, kitchenette with living room, dining table and balcony.
