Quiet Countryside House with Patio

I came to spend a few days in Palermo with my two children. My arrival was quite late in the evening, but Mara welcomed us with great sympathy. We were able to chat in English and a little Italian with pleasure. She is a really lovely person, who was able to answer all my questions, offer me different restaurants, or local beauties... In addition, the garden around the house is really beautiful, embellished with various plants, local, superb! The interior of the home was exactly what we expected, and it was clean, well-maintained. In addition, screens are present on each window. Highly recommend this quiet place; on the outskirts of Palermo

We really loved our stay here. You can drive the car in, lock the gate behind you and you are in your own paradise. You can eat in the kitchen, outside, back or front or take a sandwich up to the roof. The views are stunning with shade aplenty and sun if you want it. The planted garden is enormous! The nearest town is Carini which has a beautiful centre and church. It took us 45 minutes to walk in but you can drive and park. Carini has a train station so we took the train to Palermo which I would advise. Cheap and fast, with two trains an hour. Mondelo is a great seaside resort to watch the locals having fun. Beatrice was a great host and everything worked. Nearly forgot to mention the outside hot water shower. Heaven.

Villa Francesca giardino mediterraneo

This was a truly remarkable home! No Ikea sterility here…this is a home. Spacious, stylish and very comfortable. At every turn you find a beautiful space to sit, eat, chat or just admire the multiple garden areas. The pool is worthy of a posh resort (which is sort of what the whole place is). The hosts, whose family home it is, are welcoming and charming. If you were fortunate enough to have a loving and well-to-do relative who kept a villa in Italy, this is what you might hope for. Like previous reviews, it’s a difficult place to leave.

A medieval castle is prominently situated atop a hill, characterized by its stone walls and numerous turrets. Surrounding greenery includes trees and citrus plants, creating a natural frame. The sky above features a few scattered clouds against a bright blue backdrop.

L'ùoro Apartment

Great apartment in the heart of a typical small Sicilian town, 2 steps from the main square. The apartment is very large with high ceilings. A few meters away, there are all kinds of small shops, food, banks, bar... There is free parking 100 or 200 meters away. There is a great little restaurant (Cillù) with great hospitality. (Be careful not to miss the entrance, it's very discreet)

A clear view of the sea is visible from the elevated terrace, framed by lush greenery and neatly arranged gardens. The pathway leads towards the water, while a barrier of trees offers privacy and tranquility.
