House vacation rentals in Carcavelos

we were a family of 5. The location was perfect for us. Quiet but also not far from everything. Amazing views! The house is charming. It was also nice to have the pool as it got hot.

We were very kindly hosted by Paula and Anselmo, with a small glass of porto and pastei de nata. Accommodation is pleasant, clean and properly equipped. The car has its place in the garden . We are very close to everyone , shops (you can walk to a large shopping mall with lots of shops and restaurants). The beaches are close by too. Recommended rental no problem☺️

We loved our stay at Figueiredo’s place. Perfect for us as a couple, with a private pool and deck to relax on in the evening. Quiet location within easy reach of Cascais, via Uber or a short walk, with its great food options. Communication was easy and everything was as described. Would highly recommend this place is you are looking for somewhere quiet near Cascais.

Santo Amaro de Oeiras is a pleasant surprise! Near Lisbon, a quiet beach, in the comfort of Katerina's apartment. Already ready to return!

We consider this house to be on another level when it comes to the traditional Airbnb. You are essentially living in a private part of a palatial mountainside with amazing views of the forest , coastline and sunsets. The house is an ancient hermitage that is supremely well kept and the owners’ sophistication shines through. The gardens and terraces are absolutely beautiful and a joy to walk around with ponds, fountains and lovely forest pathways. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to make delicious meals. Beds are very comfortable and Mariana, the housekeeper, keeps the house spotless and the grounds are very well kept by the gardener. Cristina who owns the property is the most generous host who greeted us with a delicious homemade quiche and other provisions so we did not have to go shopping upon our arrival which was fantastic after a long journey. When visiting Sinatra, this home is such a privilege and will only enhance your stay!

We hosted an intimate wedding at the Quinta and everyone loved it. It has nice views morning and night. The quinta is big to have some family stay over with us. Antonio is very responsive whenever we need help aswell. A little bit hard to find on google maps or uber/bolt, but you just need to be clear on instructions for guests coming. Sintra town is very closeby too, lots of parking space if you have car 😊

Amazing place, the view is so incredible, we spent a really great time at the villa, it is peaceful, beautiful and private! If I come back to Portugal I would definitely want to come back! Thank you again for everything!

I remember reading a review of one guest saying how this was the nicest ABNB they ever stayed at, and i have to say that this was spot on. the location and view are spectacular. the house excellent. Highly recommend staying here. Host was also very responsive and a pleasure to deal with.

We had a wonderful stay! Just a short summary of pros and cons: + Antonio and Maria were great hosts - communication and help was excellent when needed. They brought fresh bread every morning which means less driving to the next town as a guest - fantastic! The house has an amazing view. which is almost unbeatable. The neighborhood is calm with no hotels/noise. - Compared to the fotos it was a bit smaller and older/with signs of normal use than we expected, but of course its sometimes difficult to tell by pictures. Since its southern Europe, be prepared for some insects (has nothing to do with the accommodation but might be helpful to know) - but Antonio and Maria had us prepared with some mosquito repellents and insecticide sprays. The lower bathroom has a strange smell when the drain hasn't been used regulary - but Antonio offered help immediately after we wold him and eventually it improved . All in all a great stay just with some small hints you should know - thank you again!

We spent 8 days in this absolutely great apartment and felt very comfortable. The apartment is very cozy, very clean and well appointed. The garden with the swimming pool is very nicely landscaped. Due to the absolute tranquility, the vacation had a high recreational factor for us. Everything is easy to reach and you are in the center of Lisbon in about 20 minutes. Maria is an extraordinarily nice host who was very helpful in all things. Conclusion: It doesn't get any better - 5 stars in all areas - we will be happy to come back!! It was our best experience with Airbnb by far. Everything was just perfect: amazing views, well equipped kitchen, clean bathroom, powerful shower, comfortable bed. Falling asleep to the sound and smell of the sea felt like the best feeling in the world! The host was super responsive, helpful and provided great recommendations of things to do in the area. Perfect stay. Super responsive host. The pictures don’t do it true justice. Everything you could possibly need especially if you have kids. Fully equipped kitchen with absolutely everything. The shed full of kids toys was amazing for my toddler. Walkable to the beach and some fab restaurants. Lovely bathrooms and modern bathrooms. It is directly opposite the train station so you do hear the train frequently. Didn’t bother us as it’s quite a relaxing sound in my opinion. Overall perfect location to get to Cascais and Lisbon easily. Lovely garden with sun loungers and outdoor seating. Be aware the sprinklers come on every few hours if you’re sat outside. Cute little bbq to. Highly recommend.

Everything about our stay was great. We had a friendly welcome with great recommendations. We even loved enough to stay again. The location, host, atmosphere were amazing. I can’t say enough about our host. He went above and beyond for us. It was a home away from home. Our experience was such that we even asked for info on relocation. We will definitely be back. Perfect stay for my husband and I.

Our stay at V. was really great. She supported us in everything and was very friendly. The place was ideal for our needs with a toddler and a nice location in Oeiras with nice restaurants in the neighborhood.

The pool house was a complete gem of a place. Nested in the most beautiful Portugal hills, our family had the most special and nurturing time. Private and peaceful- the pool was fresh, the room were perfect. Kate and Sebastian were quick to respond for recommendations. I feel lucky to have found this air bnb and have recommended the link already to close friends. Beautiful memories, thanks again!

Ricardo’s barn is not only a stunning renovation but a true sanctuary — the design, space plan, textures, linens, outdoor spaces, levels and thoughtful touches make this one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in… and I’ve stayed in a lot! Azenhas do Mar is only 5-7 minute drive which is incredible and the small town nearby is charming and friendly. Ricardo was an excellent host and provided us with groceries, vino, etc when we arrived. So kind! We absolutely loved it and would highlight recommend to anyone considering a stay!
