The cosy and well equipped apartment is situated on the Lisbon(16km)/Cascais (5km) coast in Parede. It is located on a second floor of an Old Fashioned House. The flat has 3 bedroom , sleeps 6, there are 4 single beds and 1 double bed, sitting room, dinning room, 1 balcony where you can enjoy a meal or a great relaxing afternoon, kitchen equiped with washing machine, microwave, fridge and cooker. All the shops, bank, post, pharmacy, railway station are in waking distance. There are a number of different beaches within 10 minutes.walk. The highway exit is 2 km away, direct access to the main high way of Lisbon-Porto. Perfect location for excursions. Parking is available free of charge in front of the house. Regular trains take you to the centre of Lisbon within 20 minutes. Children's park within walking distance of the house. The LOCATION IS PERFECT, a calm residential area, enjoy the advantages of a comfortable house, and a holiday without having to rent a car! In a nice sea site village, 5 minutes walk from the Surf Beach. 20 minutes from Lisbon by train and 15minutes from Cascais. One of the nicest city to visit museums, parks, views and gastronomy.
