Nice view shared between sea and countryside (view of the golf course of which it is one of the closest houses, the bay and the woods that line the entrance to the bay of Morlaix ) Overlooking a 350 m2 Garden. We are close to Plouescat village (1,5km), that offers all food stores and other little shops.
