House vacation rentals in Captiva

Very happy we took a chance on this home. We had such a wonderful time. The owner has every amenity well thought out. I’ve never stayed at an Airbnb that had this many supplies which is nice when you fly and can’t bring as much as normal. We ate lots of good seafood. My grandsons spent hours fishing on the dock.

Great location and very private beach. Excellent gym at the resort. Restaurant at the resort was closed for the holiday weekend which was odd but not the owners fault. Owners were very responsive to anything we needed to ask about.

Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

The house is a true gem! Beautiful comfortable and it has everything you need. Super family-friendly, everything has been thought to make you feel at home. The pool is beautiful and the summer kitchen is amazing. On top of that Romy goes above and beyond to make sure you have a good time and he’s super responsive. We are very happy we picked this house and we will come back!

I’m so glad that several other properties failed to respond to a boat question we had, which led me to finding Villa Agua Vista. Tonya responded to all my questions quickly or would always get back to me when she didn’t have an immediate answer. From start to finish Tonya was super easy to work with. Always helpful and very quick to respond. Definitely delightful and personable - a super host for sure! The property and its amenities were amazing. We used the kayaks a couple times and some of the fishing gear came in handy. The spa and pool were rarely lonely. We decided to replace our usual spring break on the sand with some place to moor a boat and it was great. The house was top notch, all the basic simple things were waiting for us. If you want to find something to complain about, I seriously doubt you can or would. The photos don’t do the home justice but they also don’t lie. So don’t over think it and just book with Tonya.

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s home. The space is clean, new and modern. The home was easy to find and the lock box was easy to use. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all things needed to grill or cook in, closets have extra towels, pillows and bedding. There was also a variety of items if you have babies/toddlers. If you plan to take day trips to the beach, there are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler. There are also bikes in the garage. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. The pool and outdoor space are so comfy, we loved eating outside and watching NBA and NHL playoffs on the patio TV. Oh, and the TVs all had Xfinity boxes to watch live TV! Also enjoyed having morning coffee on the back patio and taking in the serenity of the canal. I would recommend this home if you are planning a stay in Cape Coral!!

We had a great Mother's Day weekend at Amy's place. The photos are accurate and the home is clean. The pool / patio area has great seating and feels very private with beautiful landscaping. Checking in was easy and good communication. We would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home!

We had an amazing stay! Everything was just as described in the listing. The beds were very comfortable and everything was clean. We spent so much time on the back patio and pool which was private and relaxing! We will definitely be back to stay with Brandon again!!

This wonderful beach house comes highly recommended for anyone seeking a place to unwind, relax, and disconnect from everyday life. It offers a peaceful atmosphere that is truly refreshing. The kitchen is well equipped, and there are plenty of towels, linens, and pillows available. The furniture is incredibly comfortable. The neighbors are friendly and very helpful, making the experience even better. This place is truly a gem.

Where does one begin?! Amanda was an extraordinary host, bar none. Communication was proactive and ensured no detail was overlooked, in terms of logistics for grocery delivery and transportation from the dick to the house, seamless precision. The house was pristine w/every attention to detail being met (and exceeded). The views were nothing short of surreal; the beach was perfection! We are counting the days til our return, so very grateful to Amanda for hosting a magnificent stay at Lu’s!

It is difficult to write a review of the stay at Coco-hut, given the very, very unique nature of this property. We were there to celebrate our 25th Anniversary and it was a perfect place to be in nature and away from others for the four days we were there. The house was very nice and comfortable and the beach & hot tub were perfect. The sunsets were (as advertised) amazing. In short, we had no complaints about the house or the area. The only complaint my wife and I had was that the owner, Ray, after booking sent over an email with 5 PDF attachments. 3 were helpful details on the visit and welcomes. One was a rather threatening 17-page PDF on all the things that you can be "charged" for if you do not do correctly. The last was a 5-page legal rental agreement that he required signature in advance on. During visit, we had some minor issues and Ray was very condescending to us. The Lemonheads had a great song that we kept thinking of during our stay, "It's a shame about Ray." ;-(

The attention to detail makes this place really stand out. Coffee, snacks, bottled water, toiletries are all there waiting for you. She even has new toothbrushes should you forget yours. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook. There’s Pool floats, beach towels, etc. love that I didn’t have to bring the extras! she also has suggestions for places to eat and things to do in the area. Will definitely rent this home next time I visit. Gorgeous views too!

Great location close to both beaches; sunrise and sunset. Screened in porch although during mid March didn’t need to worry about bugs. Golf cart worked great, large washer and dryer, nice size kitchen, large dining table, and fully stocked w/spices and cooking supplies, also had a small dog and large dog raised feeder, the RO water dispenser was super nice to use and not have to rely on so many wasteful disposable water bottles! The weather was so nice our last couple days we were able to open windows and get a nice cross breeze. Raj and Jacki were super helpful and responsive when we had a small issue with the DW but had a maintenance guy on it same day, that speaks volumes compared to a family we spoke with on the ferry who had an unresponsive management company run home who didn’t get this level of service. Will be back again for sure!

John is very easy to talk with. Gets right back with you. The home is very nice and the island is beautiful. Caught a few trout and snook from the beach. Highly recommend staying here.

Amazing Stay at Blue Laguna – A Perfect Family Getaway. Communication with Solveigh was top-notch from the moment we booked through the end of our stay. She was responsive, helpful, and made everything seamless. Kale, the property manager, was absolutely fantastic—personable, attentive, and went above and beyond to assist us, even helping us to and from the ferry. He stayed in touch throughout our visit to make sure we had everything we needed. The house itself was stunning—beautifully maintained and fully stocked with everything our family could need, including a few things we’d forgotten. We cooked most of our meals at home and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beds were super comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was excellent, and everything felt clean and cozy. We especially loved starting and ending our days on the screened-in porch—just relaxing, reading, and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere. Our only complaints? Five nights just wasn’t long enough!!!

We had an amazing stay at this Captiva getaway! The house was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location couldn’t have been better...just a short walk to the beach and close to shops and restaurants, yet peaceful and quiet. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy all that Captiva has to offer. We’d absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay on captiva! easy ride from Fort Meyers and very close to blind pass and Captiva village. its off the beaten path which is what we wanted but still easy to get around. Had our morning coffee and tea on the dock scoping for dolphins. Only rained one day and we explored Sanibel that day.

We actually own a condo on Sanibel so I feel we are fair "judges" and I must say that everything about this rental was absolutely fantastic. I must emphasize the word everything. Needless to say the property is beautiful, and everything you could ask for is is provided. As a host Sanjeev is wonderful. He is easy to communicate with, answers any questions you might have and so accommodating. Each and every photo of this beautiful property is exactly what you will see when you arrive.

Our stay at Sanderella on North Captiva was a fantastic getaway. From the start, our host, Britt, and the team at Tortuga Management were very communicative and helpful, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience. The house is situated on a beautiful bayside point with its own private beach, offering stunning sunrise views. It has a great beachy feel with charming decor that perfectly complements the relaxed, island vibe. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved being surrounded by nature and were lucky to spot manatees, dolphins, ospreys, lizards, and fish during our time there. Exploring the island by golf cart was a highlight, and the Island Club, just a quick five-minute ride away, was a fun spot to enjoy two pools, a hot tub, and a casual restaurant/bar. Sanderella provided a perfect base for enjoying walks on the beach, fishing, exploring the island, and relaxing in a peaceful, nature-filled setting. We would happily recommend it.

Super cute and very clean. We never even used the parking pass for the private beach because the beach was so close and there were a lot of bikes (we went Sun-Tues) so we just walked or rode bikes. I was concerned about having to walk thru one bedroom to get to the other bc we were with my parents but is was no trouble at all. The screened in porch was great to play games on. I would recommend and I'd stay there again. Great value for Sanibel. Just note to bring hand soap and keurig pods.

North Captiva will not disappoint! Windows on the water is out of this world. Great family vacation with plenty to do. All the logistics were easy to navigate. We will be back! The island club with mango’s is a great addition. Need to add a golf cart to the property though. This will meet your expectations!

Absolute paradise! The grounds are lush with life and the outdoor lighting makes it magical. Everything was stocked for our needs and well thought of. The outdoor living was our favorite part. There are several seating areas for maximize comfort, from eating dinner on the patio to laying out by the pool. The pool is large and really gave the kids so much joy during non-beach days. The inside of the home is just as perfect as the outside. The kitchen is well stocked, there is plenty of seating, and very nice bedrooms with comfortable beds. Dorothy was very easy to communicate with and got back to us quickly from our first inquiry. Don’t hesitate or miss out on this wonderful island vacation home!

Amazing stay! Duncan’s place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Check-in was smooth, and communication was quick and helpful. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area and would love to come back!
