The property was immaculate and beautifully furnished. A tranquil setting and a great base to explore the delights of Umbria. Rita was always quick to respond to any queries and recommended some super places to visit and eat!

Sabrina was the perfect host. Her home was wonderful and comfortable. Exactly as described. The location and views of the surrounding hills was spectacular. Amazing sunset! Her recommendation for us to eat at Al Pozzo Etrusco Ristorante was spot on. We used her name and the restaurant made us a reservation to eat. We used her recommendations on where to visit in Orvieto. Thank you Rosetta for such a memorable stay! Will stay here again if we come back to Orvieto!

Great accommodation. It is an escape from the city with beautiful surrounding farmland, whilst Orvieto is a short drive away and a beautiful visit in itself. The place can be enjoyed in complete privacy. Another important aspect is that the garden is completely fenced, which allowed me to enjoy the property & my holiday without having to worry about my dogs getting out. Leonardo & Laura are friendly & responsive hosts, and made me feel right at home.

We stayed seven nights in the accommodation and felt comfortable. Communication was very good and Maurizio helpful and the reception warm (including cake). The house and surroundings are very nice, you have a great view of the countryside and can take small hikes from the house. On the terrace there are seating areas, in the sun and in the shade of trees. Supermarkets and Orvieto are quickly accessible by car. Excursions to Bolsena and Civitia di Bagnoregio, which can be reached within half an hour's drive, are recommended. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the pool because the weather was still too cool. We highly recommend this property.

The hosts at Palazzzetto di Marmo went above and beyond in providing us with everything we needed. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful recommendations on local attractions, we felt well taken care of at all times. In summary, our stay at Palazzetto di Marmo exceeded every expectation. Exactly what we were looking for. We loved that the house was 2km off the main road and that we were on-our-own to enjoy the beautiful view and peach and quiet. The house was sometimes a bit chilly when we stayed there in April. However, the space heaters helped a lot and overall we really enjoyed the home and surroundings.

Mr. Piero's place is located in the hills just outside Orvieto and enjoys a beautiful view. The place is ideal for those who, like us, have a dog, even large, because the property is fenced and the space available to dogs is really spacious. The apartment has everything you need to spend a relaxing stay, surrounded by nature. The location is strategic to visit several destinations of Umbria, Maremma and Tuscia. Mr. Piero was a kind and helpful host, with whom it was always easy to communicate. 100% recommended
