A detached house built of stone and wood with a large living garden, located in the mountain area just 20 km from the Tyrrhenian coast and 30 km from the coastline. The house is 2 km from the town center where all the essential services are available, 12 km away is the shopping center "Dos Mari". Lamezia Terme Airport and Central Station are only 20 km away. The place is suitable to host families or groups for relaxing stays surrounded by greenery.

A haven of peace and quiet

It is a wooden and stone chalet, the upper part is my accommodation, while the lower part (recently renovated) is all for guests: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large and bright living room and a small but very functional kitchen. The outdoor space is shared, but very large, you can safely park the car in total safety. There is also a veranda where you can eat or simply relax. A few minutes' drive away there are tourist centers, lakes and trails.

The mini house is located on “Largo Rupe” one of the most beautiful terraces overlooking the sea in Fiumefreddo Bruzio. Here is "The Medallion of Fortune" by the great master Salvatore Fiume, which depicts the blindfolded goddess. That's why I decided to name the house “Il Nido della Fortuna” (The Nest of Fortune).
