Ionian house 200 meters from the sea

GianpaoloRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The house is nestled in a beautiful pine forest near the sea. There are other accommodations, but their outdoor spaces are for exclusive use. On the way back from the sea, the pine forest was an authentic good retreat: outdoor shower, two tables, deck chairs and masonry grill. In short, an ideal place to enjoy the silence, nature and the starry sky. The pine forest is a few kilometers from the municipality of Isola di Capo Rizzuto but there is a market and a bar nearby. A short walk from the property, there is a secluded and beautiful beach. Red sand, crystal clear sea and full of fish (Le Cannella is part of the protected marine area of C. Rizzuto). The descent to the sea is simple, but rather steep: not suitable for all ages and knees. Nearby there are still equally beautiful beaches, sometimes easier to access. Great communication with the legendary Mario. Whatelse to add? We will be back as soon as possible with great pleasure.

Casa Maria

MartaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Thanks Maria and Antonio for the hospitality, the precious advice, the perfect, spacious and clean villa, your friendliness and transparency, the bottle of wine and the sweets you left us: we felt at home! Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. We hope to be back soon!
The image captures a serene beachfront scene under a bright sun. The tranquil sea reflects light, with gentle waves lapping at the sandy shore, while a clear blue sky stretches overhead. A road lined with greenery is visible, along with sparse benches facing the water.

Apartment with courtyard overlooking the sea 3

EmanueleRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Our stay in Maria's apartment was great, the apartment was clean and there were groceries for breakfast. Maria was very welcoming and available to help us in case of any difficulties. Maria also kept us updated on the events that took place around our apartment. Great location for proximity to both the beach and commercial establishments.
A well-lit hallway presents light-colored walls and a wooden floor. Framed art pieces adorn the wall, complementing a sleek console table with a lamp. A doorway leads into a living area visible in the background, while a radiator is positioned neatly beside the entrance.

Campanella Apartment

The place is very comfortable to be in Isola for a few days. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. The cleanliness and tidiness, they are excellent. Thank you very much for staying with us!
A pathway framed by lush greenery and blooming pink flowers leads down to a sandy beach. The calm blue waters of the Ionian Sea can be seen in the background, with a few beach umbrellas dotting the shore. Steps create a gentle descent toward the beach.

Apartment with sea view and beach access

OdendaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a fantastic week at the house. The location is perfectly close to a very nice quiet beach and the view is beautiful. The coast is incredibly beautiful, otherwise it is very quiet in this area. The house was very nice, everything was present and we felt at home there. Henry is a very friendly and helpful host, always available for a chat. Definitely recommended!

"Terrazza Blu": apartment in a villa in Caminia

JeffRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Book it! If you're considering this area of Calabria and you love beautiful views of the ocean, a quiet/peaceful small beach village vibe, and easy access to many of the nearby beaches, busier cities (e.g. Soverato and Catanzaro), and historical sites, THIS is your perfect spot. The views are spectacular (even better than the photos, if that's possible) - we woke each morning to the sunrise, enjoyed coffee while watching the sea birds, and the hearing the gentle waves hit the rocks below. Federico (Gabriella's son) was very helpful on anything we needed in terms of local restaurants, shops, etc. Definitely visit Alta Marea seafood shop for local seafood. And L'Arte del Grano for freshly baked bread. We can't wait to return!
