Waterfront vacation rentals in Capo Mulini

Miejsce bardzo dogodne, jako baza do zwiedzania. Mieliśmy auto, które można było bez problemu zaparkować. Piękne widoki. 🤩 W mieszkaniu było, wszystko czego można potrzebować plus dużo przestrzeni. Zarówno z salonu oraz sypialni i kuchni można było wyjść na balkon. Z jednej strony był piękny widok na majestatyczną Etnę, a z drugiej na morze. No i taras na dachu 👌🏻🤩 Można było poczuć naprawdę włoski klimat 😉 Gospodarz bardzo responsywny i pomocny. Szczerze polecam miejsce 😉

we loved our stay at Andrea's! very easy to communicate with him and he was super friendly ✨ the apartment is amazing, very clean, and the terrace at sunset really is a special experience! it's walkable to the train/bus station and the city centre. the apartment had everything we needed, from towels and hair dryer, to coffee and shampoo :) we would love to come back!

Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft war Ende Mai etwas überraschend da man durch einen kleinen Bach fahren muss um ans Ende der Straße zu gelangen. Auch die Einfahrt in die kostenlose Tiefgarage ist etwas holprig und es empfiehlt sich das Auto vorher oben bei dem Appartement zu entladen falls es keine hohen Reifen hat. Aber einmal angekommen ist die Unterkunft wirklich tadellos mit wunderschönem Blick aufs Meer. Man hört nachts das Meer rauschen und kann bedenkenlos bei offenen Fenster schlafen. Man kommt vom Apartment auch direkt über eine kleine Treppe zum Strand. Die Unterkunft war eine der saubersten die ich bisher erlebt habe. Auch die leider oft vernachlässigte Mokkakanne zum Kaffee kochen war wirklich sauber. Man erreicht alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln als auch kleine Bäckereien und Geschäfte gut zu Fuß. Da man einen kostenfreien Parkplatz nutzen kann sind auch Ausflüge mit dem Auto immer leicht möglich. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

Traumhaft! Ich kann jedem einen Aufenthalt hier empfehlen. Moderne Wohnung, traumhafter Blick.

We had a wonderful stay in Mazzaro at Rocco's property! Shortly after we booked a few months ago Rocco informed us that unfortunately the owners of this property needed it during our dates but he kindly offered his other property only a 2 minute walk away instead. For reference the property and listing is called (Luxury apartment and charm sea view Isola Bella). It was absolutely wonderful with the best view of the Baia di Sant'Andrea, just opposite Isola Bella. Less than 5 minute walk to both beaches and cable car up to Taormina. The property consists of both a downstairs and upstairs unit. Both were clean and the washroom downstairs newly renovated. My only small criticism is that Rocco uses an AI chatbot to help communicate with guests, so you will always get a response from "him" quickly, but the information might not be totally accurate. He would however always correct 'himself' within 24 hours. Would stay here again in a heartbeat, it is so beautiful!

Alessandro's place was everything we expected and more, right on the seafront, with loads of fantastic restaurants, grocery store and few shops all on the doorstep. The Apartment, was peaceful, and had everything you need for a great holiday, home from home. Alessandro was great at recommendations, but as he said you can't go wrong with any of the restaurants and cafe's Giardini Naxos, is a really lovely place to stay, always felt safe walking around night or day, Taxi to Taormina costs 25 euro to beach 30 euro to the town, during the day but at night is around 40Euro So much to see and do on the island, which is absolutely stunning We used Sayonara Beach, Geovanni and staff were great too, great advice and not a rip off, they have a cafe and restaurant, with all the facilities needed for the day, and is only a five minute walk. Will definitely stay at Alessandro's place again and highly recommend.

“La Casa di Nonna” yields a postcard-perfect view of the seaside harbor in Catania and Mt. Aetna to the northwest. The rooftop deck was perfect for us to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of the boatyard and city. Carmelita offers convenient furnishings throughout the rooms. There is easy access to the entry door from street parking. The apartment was perfect size for two couples traveling through this region.

We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer! Having our coffee in the morning with the sea right in front of us, in the most beautiful environment and surrounding, was exactly what we needed. It is so peaceful and the perfect place to disconnect. The apartment itself it spacious and has everything you could possibly need. Everything is es described and the hosts were so kind and helped with everything we needed. Go for a dip in the and then just sit in the garden/patio and enjoy life. A taste of dolce far niente.

Super schönes Apartment mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Unkomplizierter Check in sowie Check out. Das mit der parksituation kann ich absolut nicht unterschreiben! Wir haben immer einen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden 2 von 3 Mal sogar einen kostenlosen. Und ein paar Minuten zu Fuß gehen schadet nicht. Alles in allem super schöne Unterkunft in einer schönen Lage ! Danke Serena ! :)

Es ist wie alles auf den Bildern beschrieben. Das Apartment ist sehr nah am Strand. Das ist toll. Zu unserem Zeitpunkt waren sehr viele Bauarbeiten rund um die Wohnung und es war sehr laut. Gut zu wissen ist, dass die Terrasse von allen Nachbarn auf jeder Seite einsehbar ist. Daher hast du keine Privatsphäre auf der Terrasse. Die Unterkunft ist ansonsten sehr sauber und hat genügend Platz. Der Host Salvatore ist sehr hilfsbereit und nett, hat alles super geklappt.

Durch unsere kurzzeitige Absage einer anderen Unterkunft habe ich eine Nachricht an Riccardo geschrieben un zu erfragen ob ein Einzug innerhalb von 3 Stunden möglich wäre - so gelangten wir an die wundervolle Stefania! Als wir ankamen wurden wir herzlich in Empfang genommen, die Wohnung wurde uns makellos und mit allen Infos übergeben. Wir haben uns als 3 Frauen sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. Die Ausstattung war perfekt für entspannte Nachmittage auf der Dachterrasse oder das gemeinsame kochen ausgelegt. Die Räume waren alle sehr geräumig und sanft dekoriert, wir fühlten uns schnell wie "Zuhause" - Das Schlafzimmer zur Wohnzimmerseite kann in der Nacht etwas laut werden durch die Hauptstraße und die Motorräder, feste Schläfer sollten jedoch keine Probleme haben - und es war mein absoluter Lieblingsraum durch die hohe Decke und den Kronleuchter. Ich würde mich jederzeit wieder für einen Aufenthalt entscheiden 🩷

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Daniele hat uns sehr netten begrüßt und uns mit Empfehlungen und Tipps für die Gegend beraten. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, sauber und top ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der direkte Zugang zum Meer sind die Highlights der Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist ruhig gelegen und über einen 5min Weg über die Felsen ist man an einem kleinen ruhigen Strand. Große Empfehlung!

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Alessandro war sehr kommunikativ, beim Check-in, bei Problemen, beim Transfer unserer Tochter zum Flughafen. Die kleine Terrasse haben wir sehr genossen, ist sie doch gefühlt fast direkt am Meer. Wir können die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen. Volker und Iris

We had an excellent stay in Dario’s lovely apartment. The roof terrace with the jacuzzi and view of Etna is stunning! The rest of the apartment is spacious, well designed and comfortable - the kitchen was remarkably well equipped. Dario was a very responsive and helpful host and Riposto is well located for visiting the East coast of Sicily.

My group of 6 had a wonderful stay! Antonino was a wonderful host, setting us up with early check in as we arrived from the airport, and was responsive to any questions we had about the house. The location is incredible (the photos don't do it justice-waking up to the volcano and/or the ocean waves, balconies off of every bedroom, steps from the sea, really gorgeous!) The kitchen has everything you need for coffee, cooking in, etc, and the neighborhood has great local spots for drinks, dinner, and small grocery shops. Two of the bedrooms have detachable twin sets that you can use together or separate, but I'd recommend reaching out in advance based on your group if you need them separated. We traveled to/from the train in Riposto for day trips which is very walkable along the coastline. If you're looking for a less touristy, more authentic neighborhood to stay in, this is definitely the spot.

We had a really lovely stay! The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace – perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. With the private access to the sea and the peaceful outdoor space, the place truly felt like an oasis. One downside was the noisy street, especially during weekend nights – something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to sound. We also really appreciated the free parking on the street – we were always able to find a spot nearby without any trouble. Salvatore was a great host: very friendly and helpful. His local tips were excellent – especially the restaurant recommendations, which were spot on! He also has a dog who is very friendly, though it did bark occasionally. All in all, a great place to stay that we would definitely recommend.

Pobyt był bardzo udany. Gospodarz był niezwykle miły i pomocny, dał nam wiele świetnych rekomendacji dotyczących miejsc do zwiedzania i restauracji. Cały czas mogliśmy pisać z każdym pytaniem. Apartament bardzo czysty, przestronny i jasny. Wszystko wyglądało tak jak na zdjęciach. NIESAMOWITY WIDOK NA ETNĘ Z TARASU! Super lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do centrum. Świetne wyposażenie - było wszystko czego potrzeba zarówno w łazienkach jak i w kuchni. Bardzo polecam! Mam nadzieję, że kiedyś jeszcze tu wrócę :)

Sehr schönes kleines Apartment in bester lange in Catania. Giuseppe war total entgegenkommend und hat sich um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert, ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man für einen Aufenthalt in der Stadt benötigt und war in einem sehr neuen Zustand. Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, vielen Dank Giuseppe!

Diego was the best host ever! He welcomed us personally and gave us all the instructions we needed to enjoy our stay. He’s also an experienced tour operator and gave us fantastic tips on what to do, where to eat, and more. He even helped us organize an unforgettable excursion to Mount Etna. The house is clean, comfortable, and in a great location—just steps away from the sea. We use Airbnb regularly, and Diego is definitely the best hosts we’ve had!

SALVATORE incredibilmente presente, anche protettivo nei nostri confronti, nell’arco della settimana in cui abbiamo soggiornato ci ha chiesto più volte se avevamo bisogno di qualsiasi cosa o richieste da fare. Ci ha consigliato sui luoghi da visitare, dove mangiare e come muoversi. Veramente da consigliare , un super host, penso di ritornare a Catania e sicuramente chiederò se il suo alloggio sarà disponibile. Grazie, SALVATORE A presto

Genoten van een week in het appartement van Emanuele. Alles aanwezig , brandschoon en het ziet eruit zoals op de foto’s. Emanuele is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Hij zoekt voor aankomstdatum al contact. Hij deed zijn best om ons iets eerder in het appartement toe te laten en hielp bij vinden van parkeerplaats. Kortom top!

Wir haben den 1-tägigen Aufenthalt bei Christiano sehr genossen! Der Ausblick ist einfach umwerfend und die Wohnung war auch sehr einfach zu finden und sehr ordentlich. Wir hatten das Problem, dass unser Gepäck schon vor dem Check-In in die Unterkunft abgestellt werden musste, all das war kein Problem für Christiano. Gerne wieder!

Loredana and Antonio are exceptional hosts. They made us feel welcome immediately. We had a little difficulty with our Satnav but after contacting Loredana, they drove to us and escorted us to the apartment. The apartment is spacious and very clean which is always important to us. It has a great balcony accessed from the kitchen and bedrooms. We would have no hesitation in recommending their apartment to others.
